A Canon EOS 40D 10.1 MP Digital SLR camera kit - with EF-S 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS USM lens, with battery and charger, EOS shoulder strap, original box and manual, the camera in working order, the lens with autofocus issue; together with a Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 EX DC Zoom lens with Canon mount (in good working order).* Condition: The camera body and lenses are all in very good physical condition, with evidence of only light use. The camera functions well with the Sigma lens fitted and both lenses are clear of haze dust or fungus - they are very clean. The Canon lens does function but the autofocus function struggles to focus when the lens zoom is used beyond approx. 33-35mm, which is apparently a common issue with this lens - manual focus remains functional.

A few tiny light scuffs to the gilt. The Crown coffee can has a hairline crack to the saucer and some gilt wear, notably to the handle.

A Georgian-style tan leather and walnut porter's chair - the shaped, hooded back with brass studded leather panels, enclosing a buttoned leather seat back, scroll arms and loose squab cushion, raised on square tapered legs, 85 cm wide, 160 cm high, 87 cm deep.* Condition: In good condition overall. The structure is very solid with no movement. No repairs. The leather is in good order, with no fading and just age related light cracking to the seat cushion and curved edges of the hood, but this is to be expected and is not at all unsightly. There are no rips, tears or splits to the leather. A few minor scuffs and scratches. All buttons present and securely attached.

Kinofilmprojektor "F.H. 66", um 1950Frieseke & Hoepfner, Erlangen. Kino-Theatermaschine für 1200m-Spulen in zwei Feuerschutztrommeln. Antrieb durch Motor oder Handkurbel, Lichttonabtastung, vor das Projektionsobjektiv kann wahlweise für die Projektion von Cinemascope-Breitwandfilmen ein Möller-Anamorphot eingeschwenkt werden. Im Lampenhaus die vielfach verstellbare Original-Kohlebogenlampe mit großem Hohlspiegel. Bei dieser "F.H. 66" handelt es sich um eine seltene sogenannte Linksmaschine. Wenn im Vorführraum als Ergänzung statt einer zweiten Rechtsmaschine eine Linksausführung gegenüberstand, durfte ein Filmvorführer beide Maschinen bedienen. Die strengen Feuerschutzbestimmungen der Nitrofilm-Zeit verlangten pro Rechtsmaschine einen Vorführer. - Die "F.H. 66" galt wegen ihres Designs und ihrer soliden Ausführung als der Rolls-Royce unter den Kinoprojektoren. Bei der Markteinführung war in der Fachpresse zu lesen: "Der neue Projektor ist keine der üblichen Metallkisten. Er gleicht eher einer Plastik des Bildhauers Henry Moore." - Blickfang für das Foyer eines jeden Film-, Kino- oder Technikmuseums. - Elektrische Funktion nicht geprüft. The strict fire protection regulations of the Nitrofilm era required one projectionist per right-hand machine. - The "F.H. 66" was considered the Rolls-Royce of cinema projectors because of its solid design and construction. At the market launch, the trade press reported: "The new projector is not one of the usual metal boxes. It is more like a sculpture by the sculptor Henry Moore."
