A Poole pottery vase in the free form style, decorated in black, pale blue and yellow on a cream ground CONDITION REPORTS Height approx 24cm. Overall with some light general wear and scuffs, but overall appears sound. A little bit of craquelure to the glaze, particularly to some of the yellow stripes. Base bears printed Poole England mark (see photos), and an impressed number 989, together with black painted initials (see photos)
A collection of Maling ware to include an "Azalea printed patch light gold" pattern fruit bowl, a 1938 "Honeycomb and daisy Victoria green" pattern flattened vase, a 1938 "Honeycomb and daisy Victoria green" pattern bowl, a 1955 "Peony rose ruby lustre" pattern jug and a 1935 "Phlox, jap and Victoria green rose" pattern jug (5) CONDITION REPORTS All pieces have general wear, crazing, etc, to include limescale marks to the bowls. The 2 jugs have wear to the gilding - especially the green one.
An early Maling bowl on three small feet with orange ground decorated with grapes on vine to outer and green ground with grapes on vine to inner, together with a 1930's Maling shaped rectangular dish decorated with gladioli on a green ground and an oval Maling bowl decorated with pansies and an early 1930's Maling "Cobblestone kitchen ware" handled flour sifter, together with a CTM & Sons / Limoges porcelain part tea service decorated with floral sprays and with gilt rims CONDITION REPORTS Pansies bowl quite worn to interior, has crazing and some stains, and has a slightly dull sound when tapped. Small circular bowl on three feet has some light wear and some rust deposits to interior, and also has some roughness, deposits and irregularities around rim. Gladioli bowl has quite a lot of crazing and staining, and a very dull sound when tapped.
A large Chinese porcelain Gu vase, decorated with birds amongst blossoming branches, together with a pair of Chinese porcelain famille-rose bottle-shaped vases with flared rims CONDITION REPORTS All with some light general wear and scuffs but appear sound. Gu vase approx 46cm high, and has some irregularities to shape and potting. Pair of vases approx 16cm high. Probably modern / 20th Century. The large Gu vase weighs approx 3.8kg
