A Ruskin pottery footed circular comport having matt blue glaze finish, stamped to base Ruskin England, bears date possibly 1926, diameter 23cm. Together with a Ruskin pottery crystalline glaze bowl with swollen opening having light blue and peach coloured body with green speckles to the interior, stamped to base Ruskin England 1932, height 8cm. ENGLISH SCHOOL "Cottages at Grafton Regis, Bucks", oil on board, initialled "P.A." lower left, 15.5 cm x 24.5 cm CONDITION REPORTS Frame has some small chips, but otherwise appears in generally good condition. Painting : small mark - perhaps impression mark - to tree foliage, some small cracks to paint throughout, one larger crack also visible in tree under ultra-violet light so possibly re-painted, the reverse is marked in pencil "Cottages at Grafton Regis, Bucks", paper tape is browning and lifting.
HENRY MAURICE PAGE (1845-1908) "Springtime on the Thames, Oxon", oil on board, signed lower left, 20.5 x 26.5 cm CONDITION REPORTS Crazing and cracking to paint, small "raising" in surface, lifting paint to lower right corner, some dark patches when viewed under ultra-violet light including light brown patch in sky above tree, paper backing has been ripped in places, inscribed verso in pen "Springtime on the Thames, Oxon H.M.Page".
CHARLES LAMB (1893-1964) "River landscape with figure in rowboat", oil on canvas, signed and dated '29 bottom left, 35.5 cm x 53.5 cm (ARR) CONDITION REPORTS Please note that the size of the picture is approx 35.5cm x 53.5cm. Wear, dirt and scuffs. Under UV light the surface overall is cloudy white. Possibly revarnished, although the finish is currently dull / matt in appearance. Craquelure. Some lifting of paint,and flaking. Some areas have flaked off and are missing - particularly amongst trees, and an area to the right of the picture, but also some small flakes missing throughout. There is a dark patch / glue visible to the back of the canvas, and a probable repair to the bottom centre. Frame has chips and losses.

Hollams" lower right, 34 cm x 29 cm (ARR) CONDITION REPORTS Some very faint impressed marks, one area of brown staining above dog's back, picture with some crazing all over, dark mark to the floor visible under ultra-violet light, some very small losses to paint with white canvas showing underneath, three major losses to frame.
18TH CENTURY CONTINENTAL SCHOOL "Woman sleeping in chair, with dog by her feet", oil on canvas, unsigned, 28 cm x 19.5 cm CONDITION REPORTS Relined. Revarnished. Various repairs and overpainting. Under UV light the central section which inludes the figure shows up milky white, and the surrounds mostly show up dark. Frame with various splits and chips and lifting to decoration.

Ball, No. 677, purchased for £20), 48.5 cm x 27.5 cm CONDITION REPORTS Cracking to the canvas, some cracking to paint, some probable re-touching to Madonna's right hand, frame broken and split in places, some evidence of gluing, cracks, etc., under ultra-violet light assorted dark patches throughout including particularly to forehead, cheek and neck of the Madonna and other patches throughout, evidence of woodworm to frame
A Chinese famille-vert Kangxi palette vase, the cylindrical tapering rim over a tapered square section main body, decorated with figures in landscapes, 51 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Overall appears to gave undergone some quite extensive restoration and re-painting in the past, with large areas of body and neck showing up dark/purple colour and other areas showing up quite bright white under ultra-violet light, extent of the damage beneath the restoration not possible to ascertain due to the over-painting but this appears to cover fairly large areas.
