A group of Royal Worcester blush ivory ground wares, circa 1900. Printed puce and green marks, comprising: two small two handled vases and a shell-shaped dish, variously printed, painted and gilt with flowers, the tallest vase 8.5cm high Condition Report: In good-poor condition. The dish has several breakages to the rim which have been badly restored and the gilt details have been retouched. All show signs of wear including rubbing to the details and light scratches. Would all benefit from a clean. The two vases have no obvious cracks, chips or restoration.

An Urbino maiolica armorial dish, circa 1600, perhaps Patanazzi workshop. Painted with a bearded figure holding an open book before a putto in architectural landscape cartouche, the broad borders decorated with Grotteschi and centred with a Cardinal's coat-of-arms with putti flanking a shield shaped escutheon, the reverse with yellow bands (cracked and restored) 33.2cm diam. Condition Report: Cracked into two large sections with two further smaller cracks within the larger break. All restored with old in-filling, and with associated areas of restoration to rim and small areas of restoration to footrim. Look 4. 30 to 7 .30 to see a well restored crack ( though edge is easy to see)at 3.30 restored but not quite aswellcrack at 1 . visible in right light to fronton the whole a rerally good museum restoration which is not immediately visible but is on close inspection,.great to display I fel the marks you refer to as label marks are infact old tape marks before the item was restored, this makes me think of over varnishing, so not so good we have a rule here- if the item appears perfect then it must have had work !

He modelled standing holding a sword in his left hand and his right wrist chained, in flowing drapes (lacking elements to left side, chain and sword), 37cm high Condition Report: Patena lightly rubbed to see bronze below in places, nose, elbow and knees, etc. Hole where sword should be. Back part of the cloat is riveted on. Light surface marks.

The tapering glass body engraved with flowers and leaves above a broad fluted section and a narrow diamond-cut band, the mount with a scroll handle, the shaped spout with hinged and knotted stopper, a moulded border and engraved with a presentation inscription in German as a special prize for a dog shown in Linz, Austria in 1889, the German 800 standard marks, 31cm highProvenanceBy family repute this jug formerly belonged to Charles Cruft (1852-1938), the founder of the World Famous Dog show first held first at the Royal Agricultural Hall, Islington in 1891. Having no desire to join the family jewellery business, in 1876 he joined James Spratt in a new venture in Holborn, London selling 'Dog cakes'. Over the following years he travelled extensively in Europe and the United Kingdom as General Manager of Spratts (Dogs Biscuits) in order to better understand the needs and the market in his chosen field. It is thought this jug was given during this period. Condition Report: Overall in good condition. Some small chips to the glass at the point at which the glass and silver connects. Tarnishing to the metal. No obvious cracks. Signs of wear including light scratches consistent with age and usage.
