London Transport enamel BUS STOP SIGN split Bus and Red Arrow. A single-sided plate, slightly smaller than the standard size flags and designed to be fitted to a bus shelter or other vertical location. A very uncommon variant of these plates, the first Red Arrow example we have ever seen. Measures 16" x 14" (41cm x 35cm) and is in ex-use condition with some small chips and light corrosion at the edges. It would benefit from a thorough clean and tidy-up. [1]
c1910/11 Metropolitan Electric Tramways pocket MAP OF ROUTES and Particulars of Services. Includes the "Middlesex and Hertfordshire Light Railways" in the cover title, these being operated by the MET. This example carries a small sticker on the cover advising that the lines shown as under construction are now open. Map shows the company's services linking to the Underground railways. Opens out to 8.5" x 10" (22cm x 25cm). In very good condition, two small filing punch-holes near one edge and original owner's name on cover. [1]
1902 District Railway 'POCKET REFERENCE MAP OF LONDON & ENVIRONS' with cover illustration of steam train in tunnel with motto 'Time is money'. A scarce issue of a very early London Underground pocket map which shows the first 'electric railways' (CLR & C&SLR tubes), the route of the Boat Race and Omnibus Route in connection with the DR. The District Railway extension to Uxbridge etc is shown as a dotted line. The map is the DR 'Miniature...', 6th edition and opens out to 17.5" x 11" (44cm x 28cm). In very good condition with light wear. [1]
1915 Italian State Railways ALBUMS (2 large-format volumes) of TYPES OF LOCOMOTIVES AND RAILCARS. Issued by the rolling stock dept in Florence and listing all locos and railcars in service or under construction as at June 1914. A total of 200+ diagram drawings with technical specifications and stock-lists. Most uncommon survivors. Some light wear to the board covers but the contents are generally very good. [2 volumes]
Trio of 1930s London Underground POCKET MAPS in used condition comprising 'Stingemore' linen-card examples from 1931 & 1932, the first heavily used with fold-splits, small tape repair, the second only lightly-used but with a damp stain at one corner, plus a 1933 first-year 'Beck' diagrammatic (edition with no print-code, c.August), lightly-used with small annotation on cover and light cover staining. Pair of very early London RAILWAYS MAPS produced for Parliamentary sessions and comprising 1845 Map of the Several Projected Railways in the Metropolitan Division "Ordered by the House of Commons to be printed" (some hand-colouring of lines & index, opens out to 29" x 21" (73cm x 54cm), light damp-stains) and 1863 (presumably) Diagram of the Railways in the Metropolis showing in black those constructed in 1846 and in red those constructed or authorised in 1863 (opens out to 13" x 12" (33cm x 31cm), in good condition). 1978 (printed 10.77) London Underground quad-royal POSTER MAP designed by Paul Garbutt. Shows the Jubilee Line as under construction between Baker Street and Trafalgar Square and includes the North London Line. Generally a very good copy, some light creasing in places and minor edge-scuffing. [1]
Three pairs of 1930s/40s London Underground enamel 'HALF-MOONS' from platform bullseye signs. Both have the pre-WW2 black lining out. Each piece measures 38.75" x 14.5" (98.5cm x 37cm) at maximum. Generally in good, ex-use condition with small marks, blemishes and light edge corrosion in places. [3 pairs]

1936 London Transport double-crown POSTER 'Buses in reverse - on the move in garages' by Edward E Hunt who designed a number of safety posters for LT from 1934-38. Features a lovely illustration of STL-type buses. Mounted on linen and in very good condition with a few small, light creases. [1]
1909 London Underground POCKET MAP. An unusual version produced for F Leach, Jewellers & Opticians of Kilburn with their location and advertisement printed on the map. The map is contained in Leach's 'Book Post' card folder designed for sending in the post. Apart from slight scuffing at one edge, the map is in near-mint condition and the folder has light storage wear but is overall good. A most unusual item, just the second we have ever seen at auction. A 19th century satinwood four glass mantel clock, with bevelled glass sides and painted dial, with Roman hours and thirty hour fusee movement, 25cm highDial is heavily marked. Glass door has a crack at the base. Will tick, wind and adjust ok. Generally dirty. Was found in a garage of a local houise clearance, where it had been for some time, so unrestored, with a dull finish and various light marks. Has a key and pendulum. No keys to case.

The chairs have plywood seats. Collected from a house clearance where they had been in the garage for several years, so unrestored.

The dial looks clean and the case has light wear and signs of age as expected. Ticks winds and adjusts ok.

Has slight fading, a dryness to the wood and there are various light marks as expected with use. The cushions appear to be original and are dirty. No obvious damage or repairs.
Amended - A modern copper free standing roll-top bath tub, 150cm long150w x 73d x 73h cmLength is 150cm, not 180cm as previously published. Overall condition is complete. It was collected from a hotel, where it was not installed during a refurbishment. It looks to have had a plug, as there is residue around the hole, but as far as we know it was not used. No damage, but some small dents, light marks and variances in the colour as expected. Stands on the floor, so has no additional fittings included.
A set of five 1970's Cesca tubular chrome and woven cantilever dining chairs, after a design by Marcel Breuer, for Habitat, labelled Made in Italy, together with a circular dining table, on chrome legs167w x 75h cmOverall condition is complete and usable. This suite was collected from a house clearance where it was being used so is unrestored. The cane looks to be complete without any holes. The chairs have some light wear and surface marks as expected with use, but no obvious damage or repairs. The table does not match, but was in use as a suite of similar design and has several light marks from use.
