Dated July 28, 1919 and the testimony dated August 19, 1919.Height: 14 in x width: 18 in.Condition:No visible tears or losses, or major creases. The sheet is toned and has light creases along the recto. The sheet has been kept rolled. There is browning along the edges and minor foxing to the center of the lower margin. Soiling to the upper left and lower left quadrants. Along the edge of the round sticker to the lower left quadrant, there is dark discoloration as shown in the listing image. Along the verso, the paper is toned, has browning, soiling, and vertical creases. To the center of the verso, there is a round area that is lightly discolored dark. Along the lower margin, there are a few networks of unidentified accretions, possibly water damage. No visible sign of restoration under UV light.
