JAMES STUART PARK (SCOTTISH 1862-1933) ORCHIDS oil on canvas, signed, 60 X 50cm William Hardie Ltd lable and titled Irises verso Condition Report: The canvas has been lined and on close inspection there is light craquelure over most of the surface area most noticeable in the darker passages around the flowers and to a lesser extent the two purple buds at right and bottom while the white of the flowers appearing unaffected.
•CHARLES PULSFORD ARSA (SCOTTISH 1912-1989) ARCHETYPAL FIGURE (1953-54) Colour lithograph on paper, 43 x 28cm, 50 x 32cm (sheet), all unframed, (16) Condition Report: Generally on some of the lithographs there are touches of light foxing along some areas of the bottom margin and to a lesser degree right and left edges in some, with some light small creasing at corners in some, and there are four lithographs with heavier creasing and fold lines at each corner.
•CHARLES PULSFORD ARSA (SCOTTISH 1912-1989) ABSTRACT FIGURES lithograph, signed, 50 x 32cm and another lithograph, unframed, 50 x 33cm (2)Condition Report:Abstract Figures (signed):. The image and margins look fairly clean and a few light touches and suggestions of ink media. . Abstract Figures (unsigned):. Foxing evident in the margin especially the edges of the paper most prevalent along the right and bottom edges. There is a sizeable imprinted mark in the lower right hand corner area and a vertical fold line lower left margin area and corner.
GEORGE DUTCH DAVIDSON (BRITISH 1879-1901) BOATS ON A RIVER watercolour, 13 x 25cm Condition Report: On close inspection under Ultra Violet there is general very light foxing noted in the top half section on the left over the area of the flowers and small foxing spots bottom left, top right, and top left corner areas with a small slight darkish spot bottom left corner area. There may be some general very light yellowish discolouration in some areas.
•STEVEN CAMPBELL (SCOTTISH 1953-2007) SPORTSMAN AND SPIRIT Gouache, 28.5 x 20cm Condition Report: The paper and pigment are slightly scratched in the area of the top right corner, a couple of light scratches to pigment lower middle and erroneous mark to the right of the number seven on the shirt.
•DONALD BAIN (SCOTTISH 1904-1979) SAILOR WITH GUITAR Ink and coloured wax crayon, signed, 33 x 31cm Condition Report: On close inspection the paper has slipped slightly within the mount exposing the left edge of the paper. There is a small impressed area, no more than 0.5 cm sq., in the paper located in proximity to the top right corner. There appears to be light discolouration in the paper more noticeable at the edges.
