A pair of silvered-brass wall lights, in the Italian 18th-century style, each backplate in the form of an oval medallion with a mask crest to the foot, surrounded by putti and youths with foliate and ribbon swags and scrolls, issuing three light sconces with pressed glass drip trays, 28cm wide, 15cm deep, 37cm high (2)Replacement drip tray. Plate rubbed away in places. Converted to electricity quite well. They really need replating. No damage otherwise.

A George III carved mahogany open armchair, possibly Irish, of generous proportions, with a later tapestry back and seat, with scrolled arms on acanthus carved cabriole legs74w x 70d x 102h cmAccording to the family this chair has been passed down through several generations of the same family, who are members of the Butler Family, brought up at Mount Juliet in Kilkenny. The embroidery was completed by the vendor's Grandmother, in return she inherited the chair. Overall condition is complete and usable. The frame is solid, but the timber is quite marked with age and use. Generally dirty and unrestored having come straight from a house move, where it was in use. The fabric looks complete, but dirty, with some slight mould? patches and general light wear. The chairs is covered to the underside, but we have not been able to examine the joints and most of the frame.

A verdigris bronze figural desk seal, modelled as an Art Nouveau acrobatic lady, signed indistinctly to the base, 14cm highOverall condition looks to be complete and undamaged. There are quite a few light surface marks and wear, mostly to corners and edges from handling and age. There is a monogram to the seal, perhaps AB. Difficult to know the age, but it does not appear to be made recently. Inherited by the family.

Generally dirty, with light surface marks from general age and use. Does not appear to be marked Lalique anywhere. From a local home where it was inherited.

Two tulwar-type swords: 1. 79 cm curved blade of thick and heavy section, the hilt with serpentine handguard, 6.5 cm langet and disc pommel with sunburst decoration and pommel-spike; burgundy cloth-bound scabbard. 2. 66 cm straight blade of thin and light section, the plain hilt with 7 cm langet, disc pommel with short pommel-spike; black leather-bound scabbard.
A modernist light oak chaise longue by the cabinet maker Lucinda Leech - 1990s, purchased at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, of joined construction, the slatted seat with upcurved back and loose seat cushion, raised on open box-form supports united by a central stretcher, two further box form frames to the right side forming a table for drinks or books. (LWH 150 x 71.5 x 89.5cm)
