An early 20th century silver and pique decorated trinket box, 8cm wide, together with a Victorian tortoiseshell box and a carved bone figure (3)Condition report: Silver box is complete, but the hallmarks are worn to the lid, there are all over light dents and wear and the fabric interior is almost worn away.
A pair of Art Deco pink glass wall lights, each in the form of a shell, in a chrome mount, together with a pair of amber glass light similar (4)Each 26 x 20cmCondition report: These all look to be complete. The glass is intact, except for some rough edges caused by minor chips. The metal is tarnished and has paint from decorating around some edges. From the back they are dirty from age.
A 19th century ornate cast figural wall light, with a vaseline glass shade26cm longCondition report: Looks to be complete and well made, but dirty. The finish is dull and tarnished. The shade looks old and fits well, but may not be original to the piece and has some light surface marks. It is hinged in the centre so can be moved from side to side. We have not been able to removed the shade, as the thread is very tight, but there does appear to be a 5mm flat chip where it meets the stem.

Looks to be complete, but is dirty and the finish is very dull. Has no electrical fittings. Some light marks to corners, edges and raised parts of the details
A Georgian style Gainsborough armchair, mid 20th century, upholstered with a green buttoned leather seat and back, on square chamfered legs62w x 60d x 100hCondition report: Solid and sturdy, but dirty. Quite a bit of overall light wear to both the fabric and the frame. The leather looks dry and discoloured and the seat is slightly compressed through use, but no visible tears or repairs. Some of the buttons are not tightly fixed.

Clearly labelled inside. Drawers run ok, but no key, although locks are in place.
An Edwardian mahogany triple wardrobe, the central panelled door, flanked by a pair of mirrored doors,183w x 54d x 214h cmCondition report: Cornice is 193w cm at the widest part and 59d cm. Overall clean and usable. 11cm piece missing on the top of the moudling above the mirror. Fitted inside with slides nd drawers. There are quite a few light marks and knocks around the piece from use/age, scuffing where the doors open and around the handles. Handles are complete and original, but no key. Comes into sections so can be easily moved.

Light marks from use as expected from age, more so to the top. Dirty and unrestored. Mirrors are complete and intact. No key. Chair - Solid but scruffy and worn all over. No seat cushion.

The fabric is quite marked and dirty, but has no holes. Some slight movement in the frame and light general marks to the wood. Some additional holes in the underside and inside the legs where it has been strengthened with screws and filled.

The wood is quite marked, chipped around the feet and legs and has some old varnish on the surfaces. The upholstery needs replacing as it is worn with holes and marked. The sprung seats still work ok.

The leather has some creases and wear to some corners and edges. There is also what appears to be paint specks on the surface in a few places, from decorating. Light surface marks. Unclips into two sections so can be easily moved. Looking at the sofa from the front with the cushions facing you, the right hand side is longer, 290cm overall
A set of four Italian perspex dining chairs, on metal legs (4)Condition report: All solid and usable. The seats and frames are dirty and marked from use. Although you cannot feet the marks around the edges, they show up easily as a blemish within the material. All the seats have light marks from use and really need to be polished away.
A contemporary swivel desk chair, on a brushed chrome base64w x 82d cmCondition report: Overall is solid and usable. Rotates correctly. There are some very light marks to the fabric, which look likle thay are from moving and handling the chair, rather than use. It still has a fire label on the outside and does not appear to have any age or had any use.
