A George III oak longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the square brass dial with silvered chapter ring inscribed `Cartwright, Newcastle`, framing a matt centre with subsidiary seconds and date aperture, cornered by pierced gilt spandrels, the hood with broken arch pediment above a glazed door and reeded columns, the trunk with arched door flanked by reeded quarter columns, on a plain base and plinth, height approx 215cm, together with pendulum and two weights (alterations and restoration).
An early 19th Century Anglo-Indian rosewood bookcase cabinet, the pediment with gadrooned and Dutch ripple moulded bands above a pair of glazed doors with wavy moulded borders, enclosing shelves, the base with similarly moulded borders and fitted with a pair of mirrored panel doors, raised on a plinth base, height approx 211cm, width approx 98cm, depth approx 44cm (some faults).

Etienne-Henri Dumaige (1830-1888), bronze, `Unveiling the Princess`, a large exhibition size French Egyptian Revivalist figural group, the princess stands to sinister, adorned with jewellery and wearing diaphanous robes, as the crouching attendant reveals her from behind a tapestry robe, signed H Dumaige to the edge of the robe , 78 cm high. Two examples sold, one at Eldred`s, USA, in 2006 and at Christies New York in 2002 and both examples had a rouge marble plinth that is lacking here.

A mid 19th century French ormolu clock garniture, the clock case surmounted by a painted porcelain urn decorated with panels of an interior scene and a pastorale chateau, the 8 day striking movement signed Japy Freres and set Roman enamelled dial painted with putti amongst a romantic landscape, raised on plinth base and fluted feet, 44cm high x 32cm wide, together with a pair of accompanying 5-light candelabra with painted porcelain baluster supports decorated with panels depicting interior scene and song birds, raised on plinth bases, fluted feet, 46cm high x 16cm wide.
