A 20th Century oak breakfront dresser in the Arts & Crafts manner, the moulded cornice over a central bank of adjustable shelving, flanked by two further recessed banks of adjustable shelving, interspersed by long slim cupboard doors and flanked by same, on a base of four cupboard doors interspersed by matching slim cupboard doors, raised on a plinth support, 250 cm wide x 45 cm deep x 177 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Is in one piece and does not come apart, or certainly it is not intended to come apart. As to a date, the shelf supports would suggest mid 20th Century. Overall condition is good though the cobwebs and dust would suggest barn storage. Very much in the Arts & Crafts style but of later construction. See images for detail of construction. CONDITION REPORT: The door is slightly warping out at the top. Sun damage and small loss. Silvered dial dull and scratched. No pendulum, weights worn. Whole body has dull finish. Door lock not working properly.
JOSEPH FINNEY OF LIVERPOOL; a George III mahogany thirty hour longcase clock, the broken arched pediment above printed linen panel, above 12" square brass dial, the chapter ring set with Roman and Arabic numerals, with applied moulded figures to the corners, centred with subsidiary seconds hand and date aperture, bearing the maker's details to the lower banding, above a shaped door, flanked by reeded quarter pilasters and stepped plinth to squat bracket feet, height 233cm. CONDITION REPORT: The rope has snapped on the movement, although the large weight and the ballast weight are present. There is wear to the inner edge of the pendulum door. The front right bracket foot is missing its outer skin. The moulded panel to the base is also loose.
A Victorian walnut and satinwood inlaid bow-fronted credenza, with pair of glazed bowed doors centred with an inlaid panelled door, raised on plinth base, 97 x 152 x 39cm. CONDITION REPORT: There are the usual signs of wear to the piece, knocks to the edges, etc. - especially to the back edges and corners. There is a chip to the front right edge of the piece. Overall it is in good condition.

CONDITION REPORT: The front right corner has a minor loss, with further slight signs of wear visible throughout commensurate with use and age.
Two vintage dark stained pine blanket boxes, with hinged lid and twin carry handles, 43 x 88 x 46cm and 43 x 90 x 43cm (2). CONDITION REPORT: These are both definitely in a 'weathered condition'. one example has signs of old worm damage to the plinth base and has later additional slats attached underneath. Both appear to have had upholstered tops previously, with just shards of fabric and tacks remaining. In need of TLC.
