She was sold in 1950 and in 1977 purchased by a gentleman who restored her and commissioned this model to be made in 1986.

Sir Alfred Hubert Roy Fedden, MBE FRAeS (1885 -1973) Two Yachting World Endurance Trial 100 Nautical Miles silver plated plaques: for meritorious performance 1930 and 1931 mounted on a circular plinth 19.5cm diameter, together with a silver plate and enamel Yachting World 'Outboard Drivers' Championship' plaque, Bristol Yacht Club 1934 on an oak plinth, 9cm x 11cm.*Notes- Sir Alfred Hubert Roy Fedden was an engineer who designed the majority of the Bristol Engine Company's successful piston aircraft engine designs. He was the uncle of the British modernist artist Mary Fedden (1915-2012)
A silver plated dress tompion for the Royal Navy County-class heavy cruiser HMS Cumberland (57): mounted on an ebonised plinth, 27.5cm diameter.*Notes- Built by Vickers Armstrong at Barrow and launched in 1926, HMS Cumberland served in the South Atlantic 1939-41, Home Fleet 1941-44, Eastern Fleet 1944-45 and East Indies in 1945.
A late 19th/early 20th century gilt lead Admiralty crown tompion, reputedly from HMS Vernon: mounted on a later varnished oval plinth, 26 x 41.5cm.*Notes- This version cast in lead and over painted in gilt has notable variations to later tompions with the design to the sails either side of the central stern finial and the additional detail of the jewels to the crown head band.
Two contemporary glass plinth/jardiniere stand. Each formed of numerous bevelled edge mirrored panels, H76cm Condition Report: Cracked section missing to one side. Noticeable crack to bottom section of same plinth. Other plinth has a crack in a similar position. Chips, marks and wear visible to corner and side sections in places. Structurely condition is sound.
After Georges van der Straeten (Belgian, 1856 - 1928) Art Nouveau bronze bust modelled as a female wearing a hat with feather, decorated with applied fruit, signed to the reverse, Societé des Bronzes de Paris foundry stamp to the reverse also, on a square onyx plinth, figure 8cm high and 22cm high overall.
After Marcel Bouraine (French, 1886 - 1948) Art Deco French terracotta figure group modelled as a scantily clad mother reaching out to her nude child, on a naturalistic plinth base, signed M Bouraine and foundry mark 'Susse Frères Paris' stamped to the base, 38cm high, 55cm wide and 23cm deep.CONDITION REPORT: The lady's right thumb is cracked with signs of flying. The right toe is lacking. There is an obvious repair to the child's left arm, close to the shoulder. There are cracks to the child's right arm towards the shoulder and further cracks to the child's and mother's wrists and to the child's right leg. There is age-related staining to the rear across the shoulders and extended arm. Age-related surface marks all over and chips/nibbles to the edges and base.
Art Deco (please note - NOT electric ) mantel clock, the rectangular dial with Arabic numerals on grey chapter ring, inset into circular rose marble disc, on polished granite plinth, 28cm Condition Reportlight surface scratches. Chip to one corner of base, small nibbles to edges. There is something missing from the front of the base of the clock. The clock does not work. The hands turn with the dial at the back. the winder does not wind, it is not electric.
A Viennese gilt bronze and porcelain cycling trophy,late 19th century, modelled as a mermaid holding aloft a drinking horn, raised on a waisted bronze plinth engraved 'I Preis, Internationales Radwettfahren Zehn Kilometer-Rennen - Wien 31 Mai 1891', the mount for the horn with bead and ribbon decoration, the horn with a medievalist relief of men on horseback over a relief of foliate banding, the horn to the bottom with two stylised reliefs of Celtic knots, 46.5cm highCondition ReportThe horn with craquelure and marks. Some minor nibbles to the bottom of the horn. The bronze throughout with patination.Does not appear to have been used to hold water. The glaze is inconsistent to the interior.
