The cornice is in good order. The sliding doors are a little stiff but do operate. The aluminium running strip to which the doors recess looks to be a later replacement. The sides of the piece are slightly scuffed in areas and there is a small loss to the bottom right hand rear corner and a small chip to the veneer. The front plinth is scuffed and knocked as one would expect. The piece is generally sturdy and requires only minor cosmetic work.

There are small losses at the same place on the right hand door. The right hand panel of the wardrobe as a stress fracture which should be evident from our images and the odd surface scratch and old paint marks. The left hand side is in very good order.
