A Victorian marquetry inlaid walnut serpentine front credenza, the two central doors inlaid with panels of flowers and scrolls flanked by serpentine glazed doors, on plinth foot, W.200cm D.47cm H.110cm**CONDITION REPORT**Overall of a good rich dark golden walnut tone, the top somewhat more faded with watering marks and other scuff damage. Circular pattern ormolu mounts applied to the middle of the freize are later replacements, further amounts are missing from the top left and right corners, one rectangular mount is missing from the lower right corner, the left side mount is loose inside. Numerous small splinter chips around the edge of the base with some discoloured restoration to some of these splinter chips on the front edge of the plinth. Small areas of restoration to her right big toe and the corner of the cushion on the far left corner. The base is not completely flat and curves upward slightly towards the far end.
