A pair of egg shaped nickel plated navigation lights. Both from a British naval airship as they bear the military `WD` and broad arrow markings. Each has a clear lens to the front and port and starboard lenses to the sides. Each with its original mounting bracket marked `WD` and broad arrow. Both fitted on a shield shaped wooden plinth. GC some small dents, illustrated on Plate 11.

A Zeppelin relic from Potters Bar 1916. Comprising a small cut section of Zeppelin frame mounted on a small wooden plinth. The piece is 9cm x10cm. Together with a four way brass and alloy gas pipe junction mounted on a black wooden square base. With engraved silver plate inscribed `Zeppelin L.85 Salonika May 5th 1916. The pipe is 8cm x 8cm. GC
A Large Bronze Figure of a Naked Male Athlete. His right arm raised, on which is perched an eagle with its wings spread. In his right hand a victor`s laurel wreath. Signed G.Morin and stamped with the maker`s name H.Noack, Berlin Friedenau. Mounted on a large rectangular marble plinth with applied copper plate, engraved with a globe showing Zeppelin route from Friedrichshafen to New York and inscribed `Zur Errinerung an die Atlantikuberguerung von LZ 126 unter Fuhrung von Kapitan Dr. H. Eckener, 81 Studen und 2 Minuten 8050 kilometer, Oktober 1924`. Height 75.5 cm illustrated on Plate 22.
An important fine silver plated German globe `In commemoration of the first round the world flight 1929`. Globe engraved with the names of the continents and principal countries, applied brass Zeppelin on its round the world route, the top inset with copper Zeppelin medallion in yellow enamelled circle `Luftschiff 127 Graf Zeppelin`. The base engraved with names of the expedition leaders, `Baron Constantin von Neurath, Hauptmann Hans von Schiller` and `Zur Erinnerung An Die Erste Weltflug, 1929`. Mounted on a short dark wood plinth. Height overall 35cm.VGC illustrated on outside back cover.
A commemorative model of an early Zeppelin LZ-5 (1908). The airship is mounted by 2 metal supports to a wooden plinth. The airship measures 63mm, and is made of varnished canvas covering over a framework, with LZ-5 and Imperial cross to sides. The wooden plinth, which once was lit via a fitting to the base, has a picture of Graf Zeppelin to the right hand side and on the left hand side is the wording ‘Ferdinand Graf Von Zeppelin constructed the LZ-5 in Friedrichshafen in the year 1908. Its length was 136 meters and its capacity 19,000 cubic metres. It reached a velocity of 13.50 metres per second with two Daimler motors of 230hp.’ GC for age.

The airship measures 60cm and is made of a varnished canvas covering over a framework, with the remains of ‘Graf Zeppelin D-LZ 127’ to both sides (the reverse is in better condition). The wooden plinth, which once was lit via a fitting to the base, has a picture of Graf Zeppelin to the left hand side and on the right hand side is the wording ‘The Airship LZ-127 Graf Zeppelin whose length was 235 metres realized from 1928 until 1937, a total of 509 flights with 1,695,272km including the flight around the world in 1929 and the nonstop flight-Friedrichshafen-Tokyo.’ ‘Graf Zeppelin 1928’ to plaque to front. GC for age, some wear overall/light damage.

A commemorative model of the British airship R34 (The Record Breaker) known as ‘Tiny’ by her crew. This model of the William Beardmore designed craft is mounted by 2 metal supports to a wooden plinth. The airship measures 58cm and is made of varnished canvas covering a framework, with RAF roundels and R34 markings. The wooden plinth has a picture on the left hand side of the Captain, Major GH Scott A.F.C. and on the right hand side is the wording ‘R-34 was constructed by the engineer Beardmore inaugurated the passage of the Northern Atlantic Ocean. Starting in Scotland on 2nd July 1919, he landed in Mineola (Long Island) after a flight of 108 hours. The return was realised without any novelty’. A fine exhibition quality/Deutsche –Reederie company (The German Zeppelin Transport Company or DZR) scale model of the Zeppelin ‘Hindenburg’ ‘D-LZ129’. A heavy cast alloy model measuring 47cm in length with ‘Hindenburg’ ‘D-LZ129’ and Third Reich markings to rear. Mounted by a single rod to ‘the world’ fixed to a heavy solid circular plinth, measuring 27cm with ‘.Zeppelin.’ ‘1937 DLZ129 Hindenburg’ in dark blue. Note: Similar models were used in the offices of the company, for example one can be seen in a period photograph of the window of the Frankfurt branch. VGC a fine item, illustrated on Plate 5.
A late Victorian mahogany mantel clock with eight day double chain fusee movement striking on a gong, the silvered dial with Roman numerals, the break arch case with moulded pediment above fluted cut corners on a plinth base and brass ball feet, height approx 33.5cm, together with pendulum and winder.
An 18th Century oak longcase clock with thirty hour movement striking on a bell, the square brass dial with matt centre and single hand, framed by a silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and inscribed `Wm Pride, Sarum`, cornered with pierced scroll spandrels, the hood with moulded pediment above glazed door and turned columns, the trunk with rectangular door on a plain base and plinth, height approx 193cm, together with pendulum and weight.
A mid-18th Century ebonized bracket clock, the eight day twin fusee movement with verge escapement, striking hours on a bell, the backplate engraved with scrolls, the brass break arch dial with silvered plaque inscribed `William Allam, London`, above silvered subsidiary `strike/silent` and regulation dials, the silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minutes framing a matt gilt centre and date aperture, all cornered with pierced gilt scroll spandrels, the case with bell-top and brass carry handle above four brass pineapple finials, glazed doors and side panels, on a moulded rectangular plinth base and brass bracket feet, height approx 43cm, together with pendulum and a winder.
A late 19th Century French brass cased carriage clock with eight day movement striking quarters on a bell, the silvered dial with Roman numerals, the glazed case with swing handle above shuttered back door, on a plinth base, the front inscribed `Leroy Et Fils A Paris`, on bun feet, height approx 17.5cm, together with a key (faults).
