The ebonised top above a Boulle panel frieze, similar intricate decoration around the shaped glazed door and below the metal figural mounts, raised on a shaped apron and plinth base (110cm high, 78cm wide, 33.5cm deep)
An unusual late 19th century French amboyua and cut-brass inlaid table casket in the Secessionist style, the hinged bell shaped top enclosing a birch lined interior, the base decorated panels depicting figures from Hans Christen Andersen novels, flanked by fielded panels of arabesques, raised on a flared plinth base, block feet. H. 21 cm, W. 34 cm, D. 24 cm.
A Victorian satinwood breakfront compactum wardrobe, centred by a shaped mirror panelled door flanked by arched panel doors, enclosing hanging space, four slides and two short over two long drawers, on a plinth base, 200 cm wide x 210 cm high x 60 cm deep (at max) Condition Report Centre and left hand doors together enclose 4 full width mahogany fronted slides over matching 2 short and 2 long drawers - the right hand door encloses 45 cm depth for hanging (on fitted pegs around three sides). Together with a ‘Steam Memories’ Doverdale Design locomotive, ‘Cast from the Hornby ‘OO’ scale model’, plinth mounted LNER class B17/4 4-6-0 ‘Norwich City’. A rare Trophy Models Triumph TR2. One of Corgi‘s rarer models, these were produced in 1961 and were part of a range of five different models that were produced for Marks & Spencer. These are very difficult to find, and were expensive to produce. In a light gold coloured plated finish, with red seats, original screen and cast spoked wheels with black rubber tyres. The base plate has two holes for mounting on a plinth. GC some light chipping. See Plate 3
