A glazed mahogany bookcase, in two parts raised on a plinth, 79 cm w x 33 cm x 210 cm h sound overall, glazing undamaged, a multitude of surface marks/scratches/indents commensurate with use and type, both upper parts are vertically divided in half, upper part printed paper line, bottom part painted whitePanes - have minute bubbles/pits in at least one pane - others may have been replaced at a later stage

Absinthi", "Quinine", "Epson Salt", "Benzine", etc., with turned knob handles, raised on a plinth base, 67.5 cm wide x 77 cm high x 27.5 cm deep
A Betty Joel oak chest of seven various short over three long drawers with shell carved handles bearing label verso inscribed "Designed by: Betty Joel - Made by C H Fox, F Strachan - at Token Works Kingston Bypass.... 1928", raised on a shallow dark stained plinth base, 106 cm wide x 137.5 cm high x 51.5 cm deep CONDITION REPORTS No substantial damage or sticking drawers. However, there is some minor surface scratching to the front of the drawers and marks where the handles have become loose and turned. There is also fading from top to bottom - ie. darker at the top and more faded towards the bottom. The first or top long drawer has distinctive mark across the bottom. Sides have some markings. A 19th century French gilt bronze and white marble mantel clock. Surmounted by a pair of birds, with enamel dial painted with flowers and signed E. Colin, Paris under a crystal bezel. Housing an 8 day movement with platform escapement and raised on a rectangular plinth over toupie feet, 24.25cm high. Case in good order. Balance spring broken.
A walnut work box, height 16.5cmCONDITION: The top of the box is sun bleached and now a different colour to the front. The interior compartmental silk worn and faded as is the tray. There is a scuff and loss of veneer concealed by the fall front. The plinth foot is chipped and marked in several places.
