An early 20th Century stained beech low chest of two short over two long drawers, together with a similar stained beech chest of two long drawers and an oak framed stool with fabric covered top (3) CONDITION REPORTS Stained chest has marks and stains to the top and has scratches, splits, etc. All drawers are sticking and bottom one catches on the plinth base. The two drawer chest has scratches to the top and a split near the back, there are some watermarks to the front, and discolouration to the sides and the back board is bowing at one edge. All items have wear and tear, knocks, bumps, scratches. Size of multichest approx 122cm long x 53.5cm deep x 64cm high. Two-drawer chest approx 51.5cm deep, 121.5cm long x 66cm high
A modern oak and elm dresser with two leaded glazed doors and two shelves over four drawers and four cupboard doors on a plinth base, together with a 20th Century oak rectangular coffee table with single cupboard below, flanked by open recesses CONDITION REPORTS Dresser with various scratches and scuffs, and some large scratches to top. A few marks and stains, some fading and some differences in colour to drawers / top / door, but overall reasonably tidy, size approx 180cm wide x 46cm deep and 175cm high. Coffee table also with various wear and scuffs, but again reasonably tidy, size approx 122 x 51cm.
A circa 1900 ebonised cased mantel clock, the domed top with dragon scale decoration over an arched glazed door flanked by two turned pillars on a stepped plinth base, the eight day movement by Winterhalder & Hoffmeier of Schwarzenbach with brass dial and pierced brass spandrels, the subsidiary slow fast dial with silvered chapter ring over the main chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals inscribed "J W Benson Ludgate Hill London Made"

Early 19th Century porcelain flat back figure group, possibly Swansea and depicting a horse and foal, standing on a gilt banded pink glazed stepped base, 15cm wide Condition: The very tip of the foal's ear has a glaze flake, reverse of the figure shows a firing crack at a point where the mare's mouth touches the grass which extends horizontally approximately 15mm, the underside of the plinth has one chip approximately 6mm x 4mm just visible from the outside and a rear corner also chipped approximately 4mm, there is rubbing to the gilding - **General condition consistent with age
