A late 19th/early 20th Century carved oak "Longcase" clock retailed by Sir John Bennett Ltd, Cheapside, London, the 7.5ins arched brass dial with silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, with three indicator/regulation dials to arch, to the eight day three train and fusee movement with heavy brass plates striking and chiming on eight bells and five gongs, contained in dark oak case with moulded scroll pediment and gadrooned frieze, with turned, fluted and lobed columns to front, the shaped trunk door carved with the head of a bearded man and leaf scroll ornament, and carved plinth base, 80ins high

Cottier of Peel (Isle of Man), the 14ins arched painted dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds and calendar dial, the arch showing phases of the moon to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in figured mahogany case inlaid with boxwood stringings, moulded scroll pediment and fine turned and fluted pillars to hood, shaped trunk door crossbanded in mahogany flanked by reeded quarter columns, the plinth inlaid with circular panel and flanked by reeded cant corners, on bracket feet, 89ins high

Arrowsmith & Co, 80 New Bond Street, London, the plain top with moulded edge and carved tongue moulding above frieze and fluted ornament, fitted three narrow drawers with heavy scroll handles and mask terminals, interspersed by carved lions mask and ring ornament above central open niche and cupboard under flanked by cupboards, one fitted with a revolving carousel, enclosed by shaped and raised panelled doors carved with putti and interspersed by heavy turned pillars, on plinth base, 98ins wide x 38ins deep x 36ins high (formerly with a superstructure and on bun feet)
An early 20th Century Lines Brothers doll's house, the pitched roof with two chimneys, the opening front with moulded cornice, four bedroom windows, portico front door and two bay windows, finished in cream and green, revealing four wallpapered rooms and fireplaces, on a plinth base, width approx 53.5cm (playwear and paint loss, chimneys replaced).

An 18th Century North Country Oak Mule Chest. The front frieze rail inscribed 1756; M.H. above a shaped fielded centre panel inlaid with a star-burst and flanked by arch-topped fielded side panels ornamented with stringing. The sides adorned with stop-fluted break-front pilasters. The three lower lip-moulded drawers fitted into a moulded plinth base forming bracket feet 33½ ins (85 cms) high, 60½ ins (154 cms) wide, 24 ins (61 cms) deep.
An 18th Century 30 Hour Oak Long Case Clock. The 10¾ inch (27.3 cm) square brass dial having silvered chapter ring signed Thos. Haden Roruley ? encircling a matted centre with scrolling gilt spandrels adorning the corners. The hood with a moulded cornice and inlaid banding to the door flanked by turned integral columns. The case having a long break arch-topped trunk door cross-banded in mahogany, inlaid with stringing and edged in reeded moulding. Standing on a moulded plinth base 79 ins (201 cms) high.
A Late 15th/Early 16th Century Oak Carving of St Anthony, Patriarch of Monks (A/F) with long beard and sunken eyes, dressed in a long draped cloak holding a bell. The carving bearing traces of residual polychrome and mounted on a later marblised block plinth standing 29 ins (74 cms) overall in height.
A Rare 18th Century Tortoiseshell Grandmother Clock. The 8 inch (20.5 cm) square brass dial having a silvered chapter ring engraved James Whittaker and bordering the floral engraved centre with calendar aperture. The corners adorned with pierced brass cherub head spandrels. The hood having a moulded cornice above the glazed door flanked by two barley-twist columns. The unusual tortoiseshell case having a long trunk door with applied moulding and a circular pendulum aperture, raised on a stepped box plinth. 70 ins (178 cms) high, 14 ins (36 cms) wide, 9¾ ins (25 cms) depth.
A Victorian oak library bookcase with carved pediment, the two mirrored doors enclosing adjustable shelves and with terms to either side, one holding an anchor, the other a cross and with further carving beneath, the base with two panelled doors centrally carved with heads, one of a King with further terms to either side, all on a plinth base, 58" wide x 87" high.
