An early 20th Century gilt brass cased carriage clock with eight day movement repeating on a gong, the ivory dial with Arabic numerals, within a pierced and engraved gilt metal scrollwork frame, the glazed case with swing handle above four fluted and turned pillars, the side panels inset with oval head and shoulders portrait miniatures of ladies, within an engraved gilt metal surround, on a plinth base and bracket feet, height approx 13.5cm.
A large mid-19th Century English brass cased carriage clock with eight day twin fusee repeating movement striking hour and half hour on a gong, the silvered arch dial with Roman numerals and inscribed `Desbois London`, within engraved borders of scrolling foliage, the backplate similarly inscribed, the balance plate inscribed `DanL Desbois London`, the plain MacCabe type glazed case with swing handle above canted scroll pillars, and shuttered back door, on a plinth base with protruding corners, height approx 24.5cm, together with a key.
