The male figure has some repairs and restoration to one hand and the back of his shirt. Small areas of loss to the flower petals, both carriage wheels are off and with signs of old glue. Carriage handles are damaged and detached.

A William and Mary oak chest, the moulded top over four long geometric panelled drawers with teardrop brass handles, supported upon a plinth base and square block feet, 96.5cm wide, 56.5cm deep, 90cm high/Provenance: Abbey House, Malmesbury CONDITION REPORT: the top has stains and slight water damage. Right hand side slightly warped and split. Drawer side runners removed throughout. Worm damage to drawer backs. Locks present to bottom three drawers. Geometric mouldings complete with the exception of one missing side panel on left of third drawer. All drawer fronts with minor blemishes, base and block feet scuffed.
