A pair of French Empire style vases being of baluster form, painted with cartouche panels of classical ruins, gilded floral sprays on a cobalt blue ground beneath a pair of gilt Maltese dolphin handles and on a similarly decorated square plinth bases. Mock Meissen mark to underside. Measure approx; 86cm. Provenance; originally consigned from Tredean House: Tredean House, Devauden, Monmouthshire is a country house dating from 1901-02. It was designed in an Arts and Crafts style by the architect Arthur Jessop Hardwick.
A pair of Meissen French Empire campana urns being of ovoid form, painted with panels of ribbons and bows with gilt highlights and lattice works, all on a cobalt blue ground being set on similarly decorated square plinth bases. Blue crossed swords marked to underside, possibly Dresden with mock Meissen markings. Measure approx; 29cm 33cm. Winter, Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, with central barograph above a thermometer flanked by a timepiece and barometer, the timepiece with silvered roman dial with rectangular moulded top above a glazed four front door, rear access door, on plinth base, 67.5 x 19.5 x 40cms high.

A Royal Worcester model of HRH Princess Elizabeth riding 'Tommy', introduced 1949Modelled by Doris Lindner, the Princess mounted side-saddle, wearing the uniform of Colonel-in-chief of the Grenadier Guards, depicted on the occasion of the Trooping the Colour in honour of the King's birthday, June 12, 1947, her reins and baton gathered in one hand, with wooden plinth, 31.5cm high excluding plinth, base inscribed 'Doris Lindner', factory mark and title in gold, number 17 of 100 (2)Footnotes:Produced as a Limited Edition of just 100 models, numbers 1 and 2 were presented to the then Princess Elizabeth and her mother, Queen Elizabeth. This became the most sought after of the equestrian figures produced by Royal Worcester, particularly so as post-war restrictions at the time meant rich ornamental pieces could only be sold for export and most were shipped to Commonwealth countries. The present lot has been consigned for sale from Australia.The complete process of manufacturing was recorded in a film made in 1950. The Doctor Ordered Clay showed Doris Linder creating the original model, Bob Bradley cutting the sculpture into pieces for mould-making, and Harry Davis painting the Princess's face and uniform. A Victorian burr walnut mirror back marble topped serpentine fronted credenza, with eagle finial above shaped mirror and base section of three mirrored doors to plinth base, decorated throughout with applied carved floral decoration, 193 x 151 x 54cm (af). CONDITION REPORT There are several loose bits from the floral detail on the mirror frame, we are unsure if we have all of the missing pieces. The marble top is dull, scratched and stained and the base section has no keys for the doors, with scuff marks from where the lower section of the door has scuffed the plinth base, further minor wear including scuffs, scrapes, minor losses, etc throughout.
