A large 19th century mahogany partners' pedestal desk, containing an arrangement of nine short drawers to the front and drawers and cupboards to the reverse, on a plinth base, stamped M. Willson, 68 Great Queen Street, London, to the drawer, 182cm. Thomas Willson is recorded as the proprietor of a firm of auctioneers and appraisers established in 1799 at this address, which continued until 1854. Other examples of furniture made from between circa 1780 to 1840 are known to carry this stamp.

A Chinese cast metal figure of a stylised dragon raised on an associated shaped wooden base, length 33cm, and a similar smaller example, length 33cm (2).Additional InformationThe figure on the plinth has a split running through the body showing the join molds between the two sections also has green pitting and a rough finish throughout.  The stand is a very close match for the figure but it doesn't quite sit flush within.  There a few misshapen areas to the second figure to the raised points, mainly the claws and tip of tail and general surface wear to both.

It is simply screwed to a wooden upright and then onto the plinth base.

A 19th century rosewood, simulated rosewood and inlaid musical box with associated movement inscribed 'Columbia' and numbered 96602, length of barrel 21.5cm, diameter 6cm, length of case 55.5cm (af).Additional InformationThe movement is associated to the case and when positioned within this case damage has been caused.  Some of the component parts are twisted and replaced, there is also a bad knock to the right edge of the barrel. Five teeth are damaged on the comb and the damping pad is slightly off centre.  The case has surface scratches and heavy wear throughout and some of the black painting to the lower plinth is also missing.

A George III oak cased longcase clock, the arched brass dial set with silver chapter ring beneath a circular plaque inscribed 'Tho & Ann Elliot, Brimhope' above arched long door and plinth base, height 203cm, with two weights and a pendulum.Additional InformationSpandrels replaced and heavy wear to the surface of the dial and that and the movement are associated to the case, missing the brass furniture and also a column upright to the canopy, a chip to the moulding on the canopy, the timber itself is very dry throughout and of poor colour. The movement is 8 day and sold with two weights and a pendulum.

Either side of the door the darker sections are complete replacements to the veneer.

The swan necks are also repaired and loses to the fluted uprights, there are splits to the side panels of the plinth base and cracks to the veneer. URQUHART & HART OF CLERKENWELL-GREEN; a late 18th/early 19th century mahogany eight day longcase clock, the domed hood with brass grilles to sides and reeded brass mounted columns flanking a silvered dial set with Arabic and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture and further engraved detail, above domed door to plinth base with shaped apron on bracket feet, 222 x 48 x 25cm.Additional InformationScuffs, marks and discolouration to dial, light sun bleaching to case body, some splits and crazing to veneer, usual wear commensurate with age and use. Clock comes with two weights and pendulum, but it is difficult to say if these are original to the clock or are period replacements. The clock does not come with a winding crank.
