19th Century Chinese blue and white high shouldered case with wide 'onion' style neck, depicting warrior in full ceremonial dress holding an axe, a Kylin seated on a plinth stand at his side, inscription to stand and verso extolling the virtues of the warrior, elaborate Chien Lung mark to base, Zhuanshu script and dragons. CONDITION REPORT: Vase glaze is good and bright. There is a central luting line. Raingo Freres bronze mantle clock, the bronze case with cherub and floral swag mount with doves above the circular dial enamelled with both Roman and Subsidiary Arabic numerals and with two-train striking movement, flanked by fruiting vine decoration and raised on a velvet lined giltwood plinth with further plinth beneath. Overall height 54 cm, width 37 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This clock is in generally extremely good condition. The case is in good order with no visible damage and no repairs to the metalwork. It has much of its original finish and is simply dusty. The clock sits on a velvet topped giltwood and gesso base which does not appear to have its original paint finish. It is in good condition but in our opinion has been overpainted at some point its life. The black base beneath the clock is relatively modern but in good order. The clock dial has minor damage around the right hand winding aperture. The remainder of the dial is in good order. Both the strike and winding trains are overwound. The strike train is however striking as it should when the pointers are moved. The clock also seems to be ticking away and has been running for half an hour despite being fully wound. The maximum depth of the black base is 10 ins. The gilt wood base depth is 7.5 ins.
A late 19th century French gilt brass mantle clock, with porcelain panels depicting draped female figures in an Egyptian style, the face with Roman numerals, movement by Marti & Co. Clock height excluding wooden plinth 36 cm, width 22.5 cm. CONDITION REPORT: This clock is in original un-restored condition. The case is dirty and tarnished and some of the original lacquer and finish is missing particularly around the base. There are however no losses to the case which is structurally in good condition. The door is in good order and the glass not damaged. The front porcelain panel is in good condition with no issues. The left hand panel is in good order also. The right hand panel has a crack running across the piece from left to right across the bottom of the figures dress and the image is a little faded. The rear door is in good condition. The movement appears to be clean and complete. The clock winds on both trains. We have the pendulum but the metal strip is damaged and we have not had the clock running.
A Jaeger Lecoultre Atmos clock, Serial No. 77337. Case 22 cm x 18 cm x 30.5 cm, with outer case and note "This clock was fully overhauled in 2014 and is keeping good time and working well". CONDITION REPORT: The movement is in good order and is ticking as it should. The clock case is in generally good condition. There are minor surface scratches to the brasswork but no significant areas of damage. The main issue is that the original lacquered finish is beginning to deteriorate particularly on the case angles and the plinth. The Perspex case itself is in generally very good condition. The chapter ring is showing some signs of discolouration and has some surface marks but no significant issues. The presentation outer case is in reasonable order but has lost some of its original surface and is scratched and scuffed in places.

The front door has old scuffs and stress fractures particularly to the top right hand corner and the bottom left which should be visible from our image. The hinges which are probably later work effectively. The interior is in generally good condition with no significant issues. The base drawer operates as it should and is in good order. The plinth base itself has scuffs to the extremities. The piece is structurally sound.

The left hand door has a loss to the upper right hand corner by the locking mechanism. This is largely obscured by the centre edging strip when the door is closed. Ideally a small piece of mahogany approx 1 cm x 6 cm should be let in in this area. The sides of the top are in good condition. The base has the top left hand return moulding missing. The sides of the base are in good condition as are the doors. The plinth is in good order at the front but a little scuffed on the left and right hand returns. The handles are all later replacements.

This runs for approximately 6 inches and is about 1 cm in depth. None of the doors are warped and the front of the piece is in generally very good order. There is dirt in the carvings on the corbals and the odd small scratch and tiny losses to the carving but no significant issues. The plinth base is in good order. Both side cabinets are cloth lined. In our opinion the piece does not small particularly mothy or musty. There does not appear to be any foxing or damp smells.
