An unusually large 19th century mahogany break front library bookcase, having a moulded cornice, fitted with adjustable shelves and enclosed by four glazed doors, with panelled doors below, on a plinth base, 293w x 270h x 48d cm. According to the family this was one of a pair purchased at Baythorne Park country house sale in the 1950's

A Victorian pollard oak side cabinet by Holland & Sons, the top with raised back and rounded front corners above an open recess and three panelled doors, one bearing stamp "Holland & Sons", raised on a plinth base, 138.5 cm x 95 cm CONDITION REPORTS Various scratches, scuffs, marks etc throughout. Some deep impressed marks and black marks. Also some deep black scratched marks to the left hand side. Some small areas of losses to the veneer and some replacement sections of veneer and some chips to the edges. The side edges with various knocks, chips and losses all over. An early Victorian mahogany chiffonier, the two tier shelved back with ornate acanthus carved S scroll and turned column supports above a cushioned drawer and two arched panelled doors flanked by side pilasters, raised on a plinth base, 91 cm wide x 148 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Top is very loose and coming off the S scrolls at the base and juts back at an angle. Various marks, scratches, scuffs, dark marks, ring marks, impressed marks etc. Some damage to the galleried top at the back right corner. One side of the base is off and the veneer ripped and is detached although resting upon it - requires attention. Some small losses to the veneer in a few locations. All over various general signs of wear and tear throughout.
Good 19th century flame mahogany freestanding cabinet, with hinged top and twin doors, the hinged top enclosing baize lined compartment over three long drawers fitted with recessed brass handles and a plinth base, the top of the right hand drawer stamped 'Gillows', 48" high, 35" wide, 17" deep
