An oak eight day longcase clock, arch with a silvered plaque bearing inscription Jas Coates, Horncastle 16.12.13, Case has been cleaned and polished, plinth has been re-built, capitals to the hood door with some chips, top of the hood with some cracks, both side cheeks have been later added to raise the movement up within the case, dial and movement look complete, dial arch with a silvered plaque bearing inscription, in a later case.
A Victorian mahogany compactum wardrobe, the cornice over two full length doors with arched moulding, opening to reveal a fitted interior, housed to the left are four press slides over two short and one long base drawer with turned and recessed handles, to the right a shallow drawer over hanging space, raised on a plinth base, 147 by 60 by 202cm high.

Some casting blemishes and irregularities. The branch base and the bird appear to have been made separately and joined. Height approx 89cm.
A Victorian satinwood veneered chest of two short over four long drawers CONDITION REPORTS Top has various scratches and stains, to include water marks, middle drawer has a piece of beading missing to right-hand side, left-hand corner of the plinth base has a large section of veneer missing and several heavy scratches throughout, sides have scratches and staining, two of the knob handles have section missing to the back, bottom drawer side liner has a split inside, generally has knocks, bumps, scratches, etc. conducive with age and use (see photos).
A 19th century mahogany cylinder top twin pedestal desk CONDITION REPORTS Measures approx. 150 cm wide x 69 cm deep including handles x 110.5 cm high. Top has some light scratches, roll top has some splitting to include one vertically almost central and several horizontal splits, various dents and knocks, some fairly large, interior has general wear, there is an approx. 1 cm x 1 cm dent to the bottom right-hand pedestal plinth base, there is an area of patching approx. 25 cm x 2 cm on the left-hand side, otherwise has general wear, knocks, bumps, etc. conducive with age and use (see photos).
A 19th Century walnut desk with superstructure flanked by two banks of four small drawers and central writing slope above a central drawer and two small drawers flanked by two pairs of three drawers on a plinth base CONDITION REPORTS Leather inserts are scuffed, worn and one has a "chunk" missing from the centre, all over there are ink marks, scratching, scuffs and bumps conducive with age and use, there is a approx. 2 cm piece of moulding missing from the top left superstructure and another from the right, there are two knobs missing and several knobs have damage including one which is sunk in, there is an approx. 10 cm piece of moulding missing from the corner on the left-hand side, and a large "chunk" of veneer missing from one of the left-hand side drawers, right-hand pedestal has large "chunks" missing from tops of drawers, writing slope has large splits especially on the left-hand side, plinth base has wear, kick marks, chair marks etc., right-hand corner has "chunk" missing from it, drawer interiors are "distressed" (see photos). Measures approx. 145 cm wide x 71 cm deep x 107.5 cm high.
