Josef Lorenzl (Austrian, 1892-1950) Fan Dancer, c.1930, cold painted bronze, raised on a faceted onyx base, signed to the outside of the right foot,35.5cm highCondition ReportThe gilding and cold painting worn through, more notably to the back and raises edges. The legs with scratches (more pronounced to the right leg. No signs of restoration to the figure. The base bolt would benefit from being tightened as the figure is a little loose on the plinth (This figure stands perfectly fine upright, and the only reason you are able to tell is if you pick it up). The plinth with some minor nibbles and cracks.

Late 19th Century French spelter and porcelain mantel clock, painted floral panels and dial, cylinder movement stamped R&G, Paris & London, striking on a gong, on a gilt plinth, 45cm.Condition report:The pendulum and bell have been detached so we cannot tell if the clock is working. Some of the metal decoration on the top is loose and / or at a slight angle. There is loss of gilding to the front and left panel. There are losses to the material and wooden base. Contemporary white painted sideboard, fitted with three central drawers flanked by doors, plinth base, width 180cm, depth 50cm, height 76cm.Condition report:The main body is painted mdf, the drawer linings are pine (or similar). The drawers are on modern runners so still run freely. Each cupboard has one internal shelf splitting the cavity at the mid-point, not adjustable. The top has some dark surface marks but no heavy scratches. Some scuffing and chipping to the pain on the edges of the sides. The painted ivy details are a little crude. Yes it is only 76cm high, quite intentionally.
Pine dresser, moulded cornice, penalled back with two shelves, the base with three drawers over cupboards, plinth base, width 137cm, depth 51cm, height 204cm.Condition report:The drawers and cupboard doors open and close easily.
