Two early 20th Century Edwardian silver hallmarked items. The lot to include a sugar shaker having pierced and engraved foliate detailing to the lid, reverse tapering body and round stepped plinth base (hallmarked Chester 1902). Together with a footed bowl of plain form (hallmarked Sheffield 1910). Measures 12cm tall (shaker), bowl measures 6.5cm tall. Total weight 127.8g.
A modernist bronze sculpture of abstract design, 59cm high CONDITION REPORT: Some surface marks to patination for example where an old sticker looks to have been removed. Otherwise condition good, no dents or repairs. Screw holes beneath indicate it was once attached to a plinth. From a deceased estate, family think it was acquired late 1960s.

Mid-18th century chain driven 30hr longcase clock with a brass dial engraved Thomas Kefford, Royston (Herts), broad flat-topped hood with dog-tooth moulding and blind fret, square hood door flanked by two reeded pillars with brass capitals, with a long trunk, round topped conforming trunk door and quarter columns to the sides, raised on a square plinth with applied shaped skirting, 12� brass dial with cast spandrels, chapter ring, roman numerals, five-minute Arabic's minute track and quarter hour track, matted dial centre with engraved square date aperture and calendar disc behind, striking the hours on a domed cast bell. 30-hour 18th century oak cased longcase clock by Jeremiah Standring of Bolton, (Lancs) c 1770, with a swan's neck pediment on a flat top with a blind frieze beneath, square brass dial flanked by reeded pilasters and wooden capitals, long trunk door with a concave wavy top, trunk with reeded quarter columns on a rectangular plinth on a decorative skirting, dial with a formerly silvered chapter ring and engraved dial centre, with Roman numerals, five minute Arabic's, square date aperture, circular boss engraved with the makers name, cast spandrels and �dummy� winding arbors, dial pinned directly to a rope driven countwheel striking movement, striking the hours on a bell. With weight and pendulum. 30-hour clocks with �dummy� winding arbors are more commonly found on later 19th century painted dial longcase clocks, this is an earlier example by a recorded Lancashire clock maker born in Rochdale in 1712, dying in Bolton 1782. A 1930s Figured Walnut Break Front Cocktail Cabinet of Art Deco Design, the central rising top and fall front with mirrored interior, fitted one drawer and cupboard under enclosed by a pair of doors, flanked by bowed cupboards each fitted shelves enclosed by single doors on plinth base, 55ins wide x 16ins deep x 49.5ins highCondition ReportSome light scattered scratching to the whole and some uneven fading. The veneer has some slight shrinkage splits commensurate with age to the whole. When revealing the interior, the mechanism is in good working order, however the interior is heavily stained with a red liquid and there is some corrosion to the mirror plates. It is need of a very good clean. The same for the other cupboard compartments. There is general wear to the plinth base commensurate with age. It is missing a back left leg and so does not support itself, we have it propped against the wall. It seems structurally sound. The lock is present and the locking mechanisms work.
