A 14TH CENTURY ITALIAN HAND AND A HALF SWORD OF WAR, 93cm fullered broadsword blade inlaid in yellow metal IND (In Nomine Domini), further inlaid to the opposing side with a six petalled flower, characteristic hilt, the slightly flaring square section guard with canted edges, large slightly ovoid pommel drawn out to a circular raised face on either side, the tang button with rectangular octagonal plinth, faceted and waisted leather wrapped wooden grip.
