A FINE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH BRONZE AND YELLOW MARBLE MANTEL CLOCK, by Duval of Paris, the works by Pons, with outside count wheel striking on a steel bell, the circular silvered dial signed Duval of Paris, and with Roman numerals, the case surmounted with a bronze model of Britannia holding a gilt-metal trident, on a rectangular yellow marble plinth applied with ornate brass mounts and a tongue and dart cast base moulding with bun feet, 21.25" (54cm) high, 14.75in (38cm) wide.
