The Punch Bowl Was Presented To An Irish Gentleman In 1897, And Was Mounted On A Bespoke Handmade Ebony Plinth/Stand Which Has A Silver Plaque Hallmarked For Dublin 1897. The Punchbowl Has No Inscriptions Or Marks Except For The English Hallmark For London 1896 And Makers Mark Charles Stuart Harris, Plus A Small Stamp Mark Waterhouse Dublin To Edge Of Bowl.

An early 19th century oak mahogany crossbanded longcase clock, the arched painted dial set with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, date aperture and inscribed "Thos Holmes, Cheadle", with eight day movement above arched door flanked by quarter fluted pilasters to a plinth base, height 213cm.
A George III hallmarked Irish silver twin handled trophy cup, the tapering bowl set with opposing vacant cartouches within embossed foliate scrolls with further embossed floral decoration around the square section angled handles, with engraved leaf detail to the stem and stepped circular foot, Dublin 1811, height 18.5cm, approx 15.35ozt, displayed upon a Wedgwood black jasperware plinth of serpentine square section outline decorated with classical scenes within foliate swags, impressed marks to base, height 15cm. CONDITION REPORT: The goblet is of a very solid gauge, has had a protected piece of baize put on the foot to stop it marking the Wedgwood plinth, basically in good condition, as is the plinth. Pedestal is marked "Wedgwood Made in England".
