Depicted in upright stance, raised on a finger molded oval plinth with engraved figure of a seal and three sockets, probably to serve as a flag holder. Together with a carved ivory walrus figure and figure of a Common Eider bird. Height 4.75 inches (12 cm) and 2.5 inches (6 cm).

A FRENCH B&G LIMOGES PORCELAIN BOLTED CENTER PIECE, MID 19TH CENTURY. The bowl with widely flared rim raised on a two section circular plinth decorated with Greek key and gilt bands on an ivory colored ground, marked B&G in blue underglaze. Height 7.25 inches (18.4 cm), diameter 14.25 inches (36.2 cm).

His family moved to England one year later. Weil studied at the Central School of Art & Craft, and at St. Martin`s School of Art in London.
