A Jaeger Le Coultre Atmos Clock, with silvered chapter ring, black Arabic numerals and dagger hands, having chromium mounts and bell drop case no 7681, 22.75cm (9") high, the plinth engraved `With one thousand thanks from Lupino Lane and Jack Eggar`, complete with mahogany bracket. Donald Gilbert (1900-1961) A bronze sculpture of a crouching monkey, raised on a stepped variagated stone plinth base, signed in the bronze `D. Gilbert 1920`, (plinth repaired) 29cm high overall Donald Gilbert was a sculptor and artist. He had studied at the Birmingham Central School of Art, The Royal College of Art and The Royal Academy. His works include busts of John Logie Baird (on display at the National Portrait Gallery, London) and Edward Elgar at the Guildhall Worcester. He also designed many wares for the Denby Pottery and Ashtead Pottery.

An antique oak dresser of plain form, the canopied back with moulded cornice, serpentine apron and baluster turned pendant finials with two open plate shelves and hooks and the lower part enclosed by a pair of plain panelled doors with small brass bun handles on plinth base (133cms wide x 193cms high).
A most impressive French Art Deco black slate and green marble clock garniture in the Egyptian style, the clock surmounted with a reclining bronze sphinx and flanked by two seated winged jaguars and the eight day striking movement flanked by two tapering marble sections and decorated overall with engraved and silvered hieroglyphs and animals, together with a pair of matching obelisks of square tapering form, stamped to the base "Blanpain (?)" and with the inscribed number 6326 (clock 51cms wide x 43cms high, obelisks 58cms high, as viewed, slight damage to the plinth of one obelisk).
