An Art Deco style cold painted spelter figure modelled as a young girl with outstretched arms, set to a stepped marble plinth, 36cm high, with a further Art Deco style cold painted spelter figure modelled as a dancing girl, on shaped marbled base, 23.5cm high (2)Condition report3cm chip to the marble plinth on the tallest figure along with very minor nibbles to the plinth steps, very little fading or discolouration to the figure.Second figure has some play at the plinth, both nuts to the underside have some corrosion with some light staining to the marble. Light tarnishing to the figure particularly on the legs and arms, very minor nibbles to the plinth.

An Arts & Crafts Gothic Revival ash inlaid wardrobe, attributed to Charles Bevan, possibly designed for Marsh, Jones & Cribb, Leeds, the ecclesiastical cornice above a central mirrored door flanked by two geometrically inlaid doors, all enclosing a fitted interior with linen press slides and drawers, raised on plinth base, 231cm H x 180cm W x 55cm D, along with a conforming bedside cabinet and washstand, extensively at fault (3) (at fault)Condition reportApprox. eight trefoil details missing from the cornice, one detached, beading missing from the top of the right and left hand sides below the cornice causing the cornice to tilt.Slight concave bow to both wardrobe doors, door also lacking a lock.Minor split to the back boards, dry and faded patina to the LHS of the wardrobe with some joint splints to the plinth base.General evidence of damp throughout although no visible evidence of woodworm.The bedroom suite was removed from a counties border farmhouse property in an untouched condition.The pot cupboard has a dull faded patina with damp damage to the plinth, very minor evidence of woodworm to the gallery.The washstand is in barn find condition and incomplete.The wardrobe has detachable cornice and plinth, the single wardrobe measures 186cm H x 54cm Sqmirrored door 186cm x 65cmDouble section in two parts, the upper tray section 117cm x 120cm x 52cm, the lower drawer section 69cm x 120cm x 52cm.Pot cupboard 79cm H x 39cm W x 37cm Dwashstand 74cm H x 118cm W x 59cm D

London, 23 April 2009, lot 254 (£18,750) Condition Report: Wear, marks, knocks and scratches as per age, handling, use, and cleaning. Present well but each showing signs of slightly careless handling with knocks and some loss and repairs around margins particularly to white marble section edges and corners. One finial detached- and other mounts feel loose including to the feet- gilding generally rubbed to lower sections.
