Large Victorian walnut open bookcase, moulded and dentil cornice, adjustable shelves, plinth base, width 160cm, depth 33.5cm, height 226cm.Condition report:Constructed in two parts - upper and base section, the cornice probably unscrews as well if needed. There is a 4cm wide chuck out of the left hand side of the cornice. The cornice itself may be matched as the colour appears a different shade to the rest of the bookcase. Otherwise it is generally in good order, marks and wear through use. No significant splitting. Some paint on the lower base side panels. Very solid structure. Eight adjustable shelves for the top section, four adjustable shelves for the lower.

Coleman, spindle galleries, the bowfront base with central carved panelled cupboard doors flanked by glazed doors, plinth base, width 185cm, depth 60cm, height 200cm.
Large part painted pine dresser, the gallery back fitted with four shelves, waxed pine top above three drawers and pair of cupboards, plinth base, width 215cm, depth 55cm, 233cm.Condition report:Mid-to-late 20th century. Good overall condition. Needs remedial surface work as the paint is marked and some chipping. The pine top has some spot stating and marks, as do the exposed pine slats to the gallery back. The interiors of the drawers and cupboards are heavily stained with a blue substance, but drawer linings are sound. The gallery back is lacking hooks but you can certainly see where they have been screwed in and are missing.

Seal design shows a monk looking male figure facing right holding out an circular object with a cross inside over a bowl on a plinth. The inscription reads *S:ROBERTI.PAVPERIS. (Poor Robert or Robert of the poor). There was a Robert Owen born in Wales on 14 May 1771.Robert Owen was a factory owner who wanted to improve the health and well-being of his workers. Some splits and repairs to tortoiseshell. One foot to the clock a little misaligned. Some small nibbles to the marble base. Gilt brass in good order with some loss of finish to the edges. With key and pendulum.
