Reclaimed pine housekeeper's cupboard, moulded cornice, fitted with two doors, plinth base, width 75cm, depth 40cm, height 209cm.Condition report:There have been obvious replacements of lock mechanisms to the lower cupboard with a large rectangular patch above the current door pull. The panels to the left of each cupboard have historic worm activity, with a lesser degree on the opposing right hand panel, but none elsewhere. The moulding of the cornice has old repairs. The top cupboard has a panelled inner cupboard which has a lock but not key. There is no space for a pull on that door so a little tricky to open. Some stating to the interior, especially the lower shelf. Some random surface marks and scratches.
Cast iron garden sculpture of a resting female nude, painted in black, weathered and with some losses, on a rectangular plinth, width 59cm, height 43cm.Condition report:Fractures to the head and rear of the figure's left arm. It appeared to have lost the finger ends of the left hand, assuming it had been modelled with the fingers following down the plinth, but it actually appears they are curled under the hand and there is an overhanging part of the hand, so no losses as such. Additional images of it in the round show extent of weathering. The casting does lack definition.
