A substantial French patinated and parcel gilt bronze figural floor lamp, circa 1900, modelled as an amorino holding aloft a torch terminating in a fruiting and foliate cast light basket, on a rouge griotte marble base, 151cm high; presented on a later green painted and gilded stand, 42cm highCondition Report: Marks, knocks and scuffs overall consistent with age and use.The patination is slightly variegated between dark brown (near black) and more chocolate brown areas.The basket light fitment has been completely re-gilt, and there is some radial movement between the lights and the basket itself.There are joins visible between sections of the drapery, and not all are perfectly aligned, so there is a little gap between the drape on the shoulder.There is a little scuffed area to the front of the hair, possibly a shallow dent.Two or three short sections of grey filler to marble base, though this is barely visible in the naturally variegated stone. The associated plinth is a little marked and scuffed, and has two horizontal splits to the top though it is overall completely stable.Please have the item teste by a certified electrician prior to use. A Continental Rosso di Levanto and Campan Rubané marble pedestal, 19th century, the cylindrical stem descending to an octagonal section base, approximately 70cm high overall including associated square top and baseCondition Report: The lot is sold with associated square sections for the top and bottom of the plinth. the pedestal itself is in three parts. There is some chipping and nibbling around these irregular divisions. One of these has some old adhesive residue and may be an old break. ROGERS OF LEOMINSTER; a 19th century oak cased longcase clock, the brass dial set with Roman numerials (missing hour hand) flanked by turned columns above door with glazed aperture on plinth base, 214 x 54cm.Additional InformationThis is a 30 hour clock, there are no winding holes to dial, no seconds hand, or minute hand. The hour hand that is present is a replacement. It has one weight and a pendulum, see pictures for details of movement, backboard with historic woodworm, chips and splits, pitting to dial, replaced spandrels, not tested no guarantee of working order, split and hole to left side, differentiations in colour, general heavy wear and tear.

A pair of Victorian cast iron garden urns with floral and leaf decorated high pierced loop handles above moulded rim, with lobed bands to lower section on square socle plinth, height 39.5cm, width 51cm.Additional InformationAs you can image the urns have been well used for many years and show heavy signs of rusting throughout. Also to the interior they were removed from a garden before placing in the auction, however there are no chips or breaks to the iron or repairs. The width is the extreme measurement from outside handle to outside handle. Internal diameter at top 22cm.
A late 17th/early 18th century Indo-Portuguese ebony and ivory inlaid cabinet on stand, the moulded top with recessed geometric line inlaid section with matching side panel set with brass carrying handles and twin doors set with panels of intricate inlay and engraved brass lock plates revealing an arrangement with central cupboard door, three 'secret' inner side drawers and an arrangement of eleven further drawers, all with inlaid detail and moulded beading, mounted on a later simple ebonised stand, the cabinet height 48cm, width 66cm, depth 35.5cm, the stand height 70.5cm.Additional InformationThe top of the cabinet has faded somewhat in sunlight and is slightly rippled. There are vertical splits to both side panels, as can be seen in the photographs. There are also some minor losses around the lower plinth where this sits onto the stand. There is an old patch repair to the top left hand corner of the right hand door and also to the lower left hand corner of the right hand door. A very thin sliver repair to the upper section of the left hand door. The inside of the left hand door is slightly paler than the right hand door. There are several fine cracks through the veneer to the inner drawers. The drawers are lined with paper, some of which has been replaced. The stand has some losses. Brass front plates are later additions. Overall a good example. The brass plates have been added fairly recently, judging by the way they have been attached.
A late 19th/early 20th century pine and pitch pine dresser with boarded plate rack and base of two drawers above two sliding doors to a plinth base, width 159cm, height 198cm. Additional InformationBasically in good untouched condition, wear as you would expect throughout and knocks and losses from it being used. The top is two-sectioned. The brackets on the interior of the shelving unit - two shelves have been removed with one central one now applied, but basically a useable piece of country furniture.
An unusual late 18th/early 19th century chinoiserie decorated wardrobe, the moulded dentil cornice above two panelled doors enclosing shelves to the left side and lowered hanging rail to the right, with further spaces for shelves and raised on a bracket foot plinth base, width 132cm, height 213cm, depth 50cm.Additional Information There is a vertical split to the central left hand panel, other knocks and scrapes throughout, some of the dentil moulding is missing. The return dentil moulding missing to the left return and also this has been damaged at some point. There are some quite heavy surface scratches throughout, but this does not detract from what is a most unusual and interesting piece. There are also changes to the door handles and holes where previous handles and locks have been.

The bronze itself retains a dark brown patination with minor rubbing to raised parts.
