This 1:43 scale resin and alloy model appears in Mint condition and is a Limited Edition model numbered 6 of 25 produced by the late master modeler Tim Dyke in October 2001. Corgi - A boxed Corgi #76901 Limited Edition 'Eddie Stobart Ltd. 30th Anniversary 1970-200' set. The set containing five tractor units, and wooden plinth, appears to be in Mint condition complete with certificate which numbers the set 1368 of 4000, plus five bags of mirrors. MPH Models, Tim Dyke - A boxed MPH Models #1281 Talbot - Lago Le Mans 1952 Pierre Levegh Retired 23rd Hour - Engine. This attractive resin model was produced in December 2000 by Tim Dyke and is number 11 of a Limited Edition run of 25 models, and has 250 special features / modifications. Finished in Talbot blue, the model appears to be in Near Mint condition - there is some crazing to the decals on the bonnet and boot, with a tiny chip on driver side wing (only visible under magnifying glass). The model is mounted on a paved effect resin plinth, which also has an unattached photo etched plaque contained in clear plastic bag, and is housed in Mint plain white cardboard box with MPH branding. An antique pine glazed breakfront cabinet bookcase, with cupboards below, on a plinth base216w x 46d x 225h cmOverall is complete and usable. Has keys which work ok. Has an antique finish, so marked surfaces, knocks, some replaced locks, but this is all in keeping with the style in my opinion. Glass is intact. The top lifts off so it can be moved. Probably mid 20th century, but made to look older.
A 19th Century French black slate, marble and bronze figural mantel clock by Charles Taylor & Son of Paris. Comprises a large bronze figurine of a maiden in the manner of Cyprien Francois Venot seated on stool holding a portrait miniature in hand. The clock having central dial with gilded Roman numerals and faceted hands. The clock raised on black marble plinth base with green veined marble flashed panels. Appears in good condition with bell, pendulum & key present. Measures approx; 43cm x 41cm x 16cm.

An important late 18th Century Italian biscuit porcelain figurine depicting the Sleeping Child believed to be a Vatican commissioned example in the manner of Artus Quellinus the Elder (1609-1668) inspired by François Duquesnoy his teacher. The figure possibly from the workshop of Giovanni Volpato (1735-1803) and commissioned by the Vatican for Pope Pius VI. Pius was good friends with Volpato and gave him permission to open a porcelain shop in Rome to sell well known copies of marble and bronze statues as souvenirs for the Grand Tour. The figure holding a flower in his unturned hand which appears to be a subtle message referring to Pope Pius VI death in 1799, honouring his 23 year reign or the Purity of Christ as other examples have an empty hand. The figure of a cherub / putti on plinth base with punch stamped mark to underside. Measures approx; 14cm x 8cm. A 1741 soft paste example can be found in the British Museum
