A bronze mantel clock with Roman numerals on a black ground flanked and surmounted by reclining classical warriors, the movement striking on a bell, on pine plinth base, 60cm wide x 37cm high, together with a bronzed spelter figure of a Scottish soldier, probably a Scots Guard, in Highland dress and carrying a percussion musket, 35cm high, on turned ebonised wood base, 46cm high over all.
