A Tri-ang circa 1930's double fronted house with four rooms and a garage, and single fronted house with two rooms on a raised plinth. Both front opening with sponged fronts resembling climbing leaves and flowers. Tin windows, all the rooms are papered with 'parquet' papered flooring. Furniture included. *Timyn (William, 1903-1990). Abstract figure, bronze sculpture, with patina, cast at the Morris Singer Foundry, London, designed for the TV Times Editor's Special Award, and given to Lord Buxton and the Survival team in 1989, approx. 140 mm high, 140mm width and 80mm depth, mounted on a marble plinth approx. 52mm high William Timyn was Austrian by birth and came to England in 1938. He is best known as a wildlife artist, sculptor and illustrator, and produced cartoons for the Blue Peter programme. He worked with the Morris Singer foundry from the 1970's onwards. (1)

A good quality early Victorian breakfront compactum wardrobe, veneered in plumbago mahogany, the moulded cornice above a central cupboard with sliding trays, enclosed by panelled doors, above two short and three long drawers, with brass patent lever locks and turned wood knob handles, the flanking hanging compartments with material lined sections for hats, original pegs and later hanging rails, enclosed by mirrored panelled doors, on a plinth base. 8ft. 8in. (2.64m.) wide x 6ft. 11.5in. (2.12m.) high.
A William IV rosewood card table, the veneered 'D' shaped swivel top with a fold-over baize lined top, on a panelled tapering plinth with a gadroon collar, the quatreform platform with alternate panels, on scroll legs with applied moulding and knurled toes with later castors. 3ft. (91.5cm.) diameter.
A late 18th century oak Dorset longcase clock, the 30 hour movement with an outside count wheel strike for the bell, having a square brass 10in. dial, the centre engraved with ships off Plymouth Ho and inscribed 'John Arnold Child Okeford', with gilt brass Rococo corner spandrels, the hood with a glazed door flanked by turned pilasters, the waist with a rectangular door, the base on a plinth. 6ft. 6in. (1.98m.) high. * Brian Loomes states born 1727 and died 1801 at Child Okeford.
