A large Victorian pine dresser base with three frieze drawers with cupboards beneath, on a plinth base. 194cm (76.5 ins) wideCondition ReportNo evidence of worm, looks like it has been restored and has a new back, possibly adapted in its time, replacement handles, no base to the inside, good solid rustic piece.
An Herend porcelain vase, having a flaring rim, enamel decorated with insects, leaves and flowers, heightened in gilt, with Herend backstamp, h.10cm; together with an oval example, on gilded lion paw feet with plinth, h.10cm; and one other of baluster form, decorated with exotic birds and insects, h.14cm (3)Condition report: All with no apparent faults.

*A circa 1900 French bronze and marble table lamp, modelled as a pair of winged cherubs upon a fluted rouge marble plinth, the whole raised on leaf cast scroll feet, h.40cm (excluding fittings)Condition report: Provenance: Consigned from a local deceased estate, being descendants of Robert Heath (of Robert Heath & Sons, founders of the Biddulph Valley Colliery and Iron Works) who resided at Biddulph Grange between 1871-1922, and direct descendants of the Earls of Denbigh of Newnham Paddox.
A Flowers advertising pâpier-maché figure in the form of William Shakespeare with a large quill, together with two plastic Black & White Scotch Whisky advertising figures (3)The William Shakespeare figure is 25cm high and the Black and White Scotch whisky plastic advertising figures are 15cm high. The Shakespeare figure has several knocks, scuffs and scratches commensurate with age (please see images). The black plinth base has sustained significant scratching although there are no major breakages or restorations noted. The Black and White Scotch Whisky advertising figures of the two terriers - one of the backs has sustained significant damage to the back of the plinth and the other appears to be intact although, again, there some minor scratches and marks commensurate with age.
A 19th century mahogany pedestal desk; the leather inset thumbnail moulded top above an arrangement of three frieze drawers and two panelled cupboard doors below, each door opening to reveal three further graduated drawers, raised on plinth base with recess china castors (122cm wide x 81cm deep x 98.5cm high)The leather at the top is a bit scratched and at the front, where the middle drawer is, there is some leather away (please see images); left-hand drawer at the front -- both of the turned handles are broken; two panelled doors underneath each opening to reveal three graduated drawers, left-hand side top drawer the handle is away and is quite badly damaged, the right-hand set of drawers appears OK; scuffs, marks and knocks commensurate with age to the plinth base with china castors underneath. Looking at it from the front -- right-hand side two panels look OK -- there is a little bit of veneer away but nothing major; it is quite dark towards the bottom; looking at the left-hand panelled side -- three pieces of moulding are away from one of the panels and do not appear to be with the desk. Minor pieces of veneer away to the edge of the thumbnail moulding and some minor splitting to the edge of the thumbnail moulding and also scratches etc. Overall, the desk would require renovation in the Auctioneer's view to get up to scratch.
