LARGE 1950s TEAK AND GLAZED DISPLAY CABINETin four combined sections, with upper shelving areas above an arrangement of various drawers, 87.5cm high x 350cm long x 70cm deep, raised on a plinth style base, together with a removable shaped front staged glass and chrome framed upper section, this section 69cm at highest point (this section shelved)
Minton parianware figural group of Ariadne on a panther, modelled by John Bell after Dannecker, impressed marks to base, 36 cm high . Surface marks and dirt, and some minor firing faults. 3mm chip to draped fabric between plinth and knee. 1mm nibble to left big toe. 7mm chip to left base rim.
Three ivory groups to include: a Japanese Meiji period figural group - male figure with sword with attendant boy and fighting off devils above him upon a trunk-like pedestal (signed) (14cm); a late-19th century carved ivory figure (possibly Minerva) upon a circular marble plinth base and square foot; an early-20th century seated Buddha figure (3)
A good varied selection of drinking glasses (some engraved) including rummers and wines, one rummer engraved with a hare coursing scene, one rummer engraved with fruiting vine, monogrammed and with 'lemon-squeezer'-style base, two glasses with twist stems etc. (8) The largest rummer appears to be in good order generally except for some scratches to the underside of the foot. The rummer with the square lemon squeezer style base and foliate engraving has a few nibbles to the extremities of the square base but nothing drastic, there is also some scratching to the underside. On the very corner of the top of the square plinth style base there is a tiny chip on the edge. The other similar rummer engraved with a hare coursing scene appears to be in good general overall decorative order. The larger of the two 18th Century style wine glasses with the conical bowl has one quarter thumb nail sized chip to the underside of the foot and other smaller chips to the edge. The “smallest” glass/rummer appears in good reasonable order. The conical shaped flute with an engraving around the top appears in general good order. One further flute engraved with hops and leaves appears to be in good order and there is one further glass with what looks like a double spiral opaque twist stem appears to be in good general overall condition with no major problems noted.

Moor, Ipswich, the matted centre with subsidiary seconds, ringed winding holes and date aperture, coronet and cherub spandrels, the hood with scroll pediment, plain pillars, long trunk door and plinth base, 200cm high complete with pendulum and two iron weights
AN 18TH CENTURY WALNUT 8 DAY LONGCASE CLOCK the 14" brass break arch dial with Roman chapter ring, Arabic five minutes and matted centre with subsidiary seconds, date aperture and name plaque signed Thos. Hunter Junr., London, mask and scroll spandrels and rolling moon to the arch, the movement with five knopped pillars, the break arch moulded hood with panelled up stand, plain pilasters, twin glazed side doors over a figured and crossbanded moulded break arch trunk door and double plinth base, 236cm high complete with brass pendulum and two brass cased weights
F. BARBEDIENNE, FONDEUR, A PAIR BRONZE BUSTS of a semi-naked Grecian man with robe marked Clesinger Rome 1860, together with semi-nude figure of a woman with beaded necklace and robes, possibly Helen of Troy and having circular foundry mark, standing on a socle base and square stepped plinth, standing on cast paw feet. Height: 31 and 29cm approx. (2)(B.P. 24% incl. VAT) CONDITION REPORT: Appearing in very good condition, good patination with no obvious damage noted.

A LATE 19TH CENTURY BRASS SKELETON CLOCK, of cathedral form, the pinnacle with bell which is struck by an axe headed hammer, the pierced steel dial with black painted Roman numerals, single fusee movement, with brass bob pendulum and a key, mounted on a velvet covered oval base with ebonised plinth on turned feet, with a glass dome, a.f, height of clock 34cm, height including base and dome 42cm (condition: clock can be wound and seen working but not striking, dome is damaged)
A GEORGE III STYLE MAHOGANY BREAKFRONT BOOKCASE, the moulded cornice with dentil frieze above four astragal glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the base section with double cupboard doors to the breakfront, flanked by three drawers to each side, brass backplates and swan neck handles, on a plinth base, height 245cm x width 248cm x depth 53.5cm (condition: paint splatter to sides, losses to cornice, two panels of glass cracked, moulding missing by left hand side door, plinth exhibits extensive wear, wooden baton mounted to left hand side of base, general overall condition is in need of some restoration and shows signs of heavy use)
