A Chinese sang de boeuf glazed vase, 19th century, the crackle glaze graduating from mushroom grey to copper red, later drilled and mounted as a lamp, height including wood stand 40.5cm, restored rimLong chip to neckrim professionally restored, although clearly visible, approx. 10x2cm; one horizontal scratch seen at circumference, approx.15mm; not removed from wood plinth; plinth good.
A Staffordshire pottery group of two figures with chickens, c.1800-10, a pair of early 20th century Staffordshire pottery figure groups and three small character figures, tallest 25cm high (6)Chicken group several edges of the raised bocage chipped; two flowerheads missing at bocage; three tiny grazes to the rim of her hat; black chicken’s tail chipped; chip to male’s left shoe; glaze at one side of plinth front is bubbled/untidy, a manufacturing difficulty; not repaired or restored. Pair of seated figures heads re-attached; one right hand re-built. Pair of figure groups with chips and cracks; one clearly crazed, the other not. Standing figure fair to good.
