An unusual late Regency opposing pair of eight-drawer rosewood Wellington chests. Ornate three-quarter galleries formed from pierced fretwork. The friezes with egg-style moulding and outset rosettes. One with locking bar to the left, the other to the right. The verticals headed with stiff-leaf capitals above biform barleytwist and octagonal shafts set in tulip-type cups over plinth bases.
