The drum top case fitted with circular enamel dial, with scroll acanthus decorated wasted base below, the front fitted with ceramic panel painted with an exotic bird. On a White marble plinth, with gilt metal foot below. With makers monogram J.B.D & no: 31455 17-1-stamped on the back plate. 8 day striking on a gong. 29cm high.

Plinth base on gilt brass bun feet. 8 day single fussee movement. 30 x 23cm.

An early 19th Century oak longcase clock by Robert Richards of Uttoxeter, the 14ins arched painted dial with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, the arch painted with a figure fishing to the eight day two train movement now striking on a gong, contained in oak case banded and crossbanded in mahogany, with moulded scroll pediment and turned pillars to hood, shaped trunk door with fluted quarter columns, the plinth base with raised centre panel, on moulded plinth base, 88ins high. Note : Robert Richards recorded working Uttoxeter 1835-1842

Palin of Nantwich, the 14ins arched painted dial with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, the arch decorated with Christ entering Jerusalem and the spandrels decorated with sheaves of wheat to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in case with moulded scroll pediment and carved leaf paterae, turned and fluted columns to hood, the Gothic pattern trunk door flanked by turned and fluted columns, plinth base with cant corners, on bracket feet, 89ins high Illustrated.
