A 19TH CENTURY INLAID MAHOGANY EIGHT DAY LONG CASE CLOCK by JA Spark of Kilmacolm (Glasgow) in the Sheraton taste, the moulded flat topped hood with arched glazed door enclosing the dials, painted arch depicting a ploughing scene, the chapter ring having Roman hours and Arabic minutes framing the subsidiary seconds and date dials, all framed by painted spandrels depicting the seasons, the long trunk door with central inlaid paterae over a base with shell paterae, raised on a plinth, sold with two weights. 205cm
