A very attractive 19th Century French white marble and gilt brass Mantle Clock Garniture, the movement by A.D. Mougin, with outside count wheel striking on a steel bell #5071, the white marble case surmounted with a two handled urn, the pediment with brass bead moulding above a circular convex enamel dial with Arabic numerals and decorated with floral garlands above a mount in the form of a quiver of arrows and a torch issuing leaf sprays, the side panels applied with swags and ribbon bows on a rectangular white marble plinth and four brass legs, 41cms x 20cms (16" x 8"); together with a pair of matching two branch three light, brass and white marble Candelabra, 29cms (11 /2"). A heavy polished grey and black limestone Mantle Clock, France c. 1900, the movement by J. Marti #22479.2 with outside count wheel and striking on a steel bell, the circular enamel two stage white dial with visible escapement and Roman numerals above a glazed panel, showing a mercury type double chamber pendulum on a moulded black plinth with two grey marble bows, 36cms h x 38cms w (18" x 15"). An Irish late Georgian Provincial inlaid mahogany Longcase Clock, by John Martin, Kilkenny, with divided pediment above an arched brass dial, with two subsidiary dials for date and seconds, and 'Tempis Fugit' to the arch, Roman and Arabic numerals flanked with a fluted pilaster to either side, above a trunk door with shaped top on a moulded inlaid box base with plinth, 214cms x 52cms (7' x 20"). Victorian brass skeleton clock, silvered chapter ring, fusee movement under a glass dome, ebonised plinth, 28cm.Condition report:Complete with key. It does wind and tick over well. Some chipped losses to the chapter ring. The ebony base is looking tired but the glass dome at least is in good condition.

No evident splits, worm, or shrinkage. Some slight colour fading to the drawer fronts perhaps. Nothing of concern, a handsome piece of furniture.

Qty: 4Condition report:The shallower urn has been quite crudely repaired in the past and so has remaining cracks throughout (held together by a strong filler by the seems of it) with resulting losses to the rim and body.The deeper of the two urns also has cracks running from the rim, some travelling through the entire width of the stone.

Wear, tarnish, knocks and scratches to both. One with loose branches. The beading isn't secured on one. Small hole underneath the foot of both and to one side of both plinth bases.
