A 19th Century mahogany bureau, the sloping fall enclosing a basic fitted interior over four long garduated drawers with brass swan neck handles raised on bracket feet, 70 cm wide x 46 cm deep x 98.5 cm high and an early 19th Century mahogany breakfront chiffonier, the plain top over a central drawer and panelled upholstered and brass embellished panelled door flanked by two similarly decorated bowed panels, raised on a plinth base, 107 cm wide x 40.5 cm deep x 90.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Chiffonier only : Top with several areas of scratching and denting. Some cracking and some discolouration to the edging. Left drawer handle missing though back plate existent. Metal work in need of polish to the doors. Fabric very stained arguably requiring replacement. Overall, whilst basically sound, the piece has wear and tear conducive with age and use and several areas requiring attention. The top has a slight smile to the left hand side. See images for further details of all points.
