Pair of Vienna porcelain vases, domed covers, twin angular handles, painted with panels of classical figures, indistinct titles inder the integral plinths, 21cm.Qty: 2Condition report:Hairline running around the waist of one of the finials of the covers. No other chips, hairlines or restoration. The gilding has some random rubbing and losses, especially to the outlines on the plinth. The gilt rims to both of the vases has a duller appearance than the gilding elsewhere so they may have been re-gilt.

Wilhelm Bormann (1885-1938) for Goldschieder, a large model of a young boy with a Newfoundland, 23 x 35 x 14.5cmCollection of dust and dirt throughout. Possible restoration and repair to the tail of the dog - chipping to the paint. Fracture line on the boy's hair in two places - see images. Roughness to the bottom of the dog's ear. Marks and scratches to the surfaces throughout. Hairline fractures to the base near the back leg of the dog and near the child's feet. Minor chipping and a fracture line to the side of the plinth and the base.
