A Victorian walnut kidney shaped desk the leather top above two banks of four drawers and central drawer raised on plinth base CONDITION REPORTS Numerous surface scratches, scuffs and indentations to the leather top. Areas of loss to the painted red band around the leather, numerous scratches, scuffs and knocks to the wood. Some fading, discoloration and staining to the wood and the leather. Varnish has been worn to the front of the desk. Areas of wear and loss to the wood at the sides of the kneehole entrance. The veneer is starting to lift in some areas, mainly at the back of the desk to the right hand side of the kneehold entrance edge. Numerous areas of loss to the beading around several of the drawers. Handles and lock are original to the piece. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for more details.

A pair of simulated lapis lazuli and brass mounted corinthian column table lamps CONDITION REPORTS One of the columns has what appears to be an old repair. It has a crack all the way around and some small areas of loss on the edge of the crack. Surface scratches and accretions. Some small chips to the corner of the square base and also to the plinth base on that same column. Also some small chips to the base of that column as well. The other lamp has surface scratches and scuffs. The metal top to the column has a chip to one of the corners and a chip to the corner of the square base and also some small chips to the plinth base as well.
A pair of mottled green painted metal table lamps, a yellow painted Toleware style table lamp, three further table lamps, two squash form ceiling light globes and an 18th Century Continental candle stand (formerly gilded)(for restoration) CONDITION REPORTS The mottled green table lamps have surface scratches and scuffs and accretions, etc. Tarnishing to the plain metal bases. Some small areas of loss to the paint. A possible repair to the base of one of them. The toleware lamp has rust to the inside of the shade and some smoke damage also. Areas of flecks of paint to the inside of the shade as well. Surface scratches and scuffs to the paint. Areas of loss to the paint. The wire has been cut. The wooden table lamp with painted and incised fruit decoration has some surface scratches, scuffs and knocks to the wood and areas of loss to the paint both on the column and on the base. The red column lamp has surface scratches, accretions and losses to the paint. A small knock on the corner of the base below the column and also to the plinth base. The ceiling light globes both have light surface scratches, accretions and dust and tarnishing to the metal part at the top. Areas of rust to the metal.
